4.00It’s an experience. The water felt incredible the masks were great. The drinks were mid, nothing great. The staff at the shop when you’re leaving were the downside for us. We were glad that the day wasn’t filled with people like that or it would have ruined the trip. They were blatantly selective on who they helped. It was noticeable and we spoke to management about it. Check air quality if you have asthma. That being said pay for the premium package because you get three masks and two drinks and it’s worth it. Sit under the waterfall, it felt like a full body massage in three minutes.

5.00Heavenly! The blue lagoon was all that and more. The warm waters, the sauna, the mud masks, the drinks. A nice escape from the daily touring.

5.00Amazing experience. It's as good as it looks in the pictures. Do yourself a favor and do the premium ticket that includes the robes and drinks and masque treatments. Also, try lunch at the Lava restaurant at the property for a gourmet experience. You'll have to make that reso separately.

5.00The whole experience was smooth with no hiccups. There was very clear instructions on the app and when we arrived at the port. Staff were helpful and friendly. The blue lagoon experience was well worth the visit.

5.00The Blue Lagoon is as amazing as you think it is amd more. The trip to the lagoon was a bit stressful as we were told we would be picked up at yhe cruise port and shuttles to the bus station but the shuttle bus was an hour late thereby reducing our time at the lagoon. Disappointed and took about 30mins on the phone with the tour company to sort it out.
