4.00Only hitch was the way the staff handled us in two lines. We were unaware of preregistering online. A priority line for pre-registered was taken 1st and the queue never emptied so our line seemed it would never be serviced. We forced our way to an agent to get entry. After that all went well and we enjoyed it very much.

2.00Honestly, the Blue Lagoon was a letdown. It’s incredibly touristy and way too crowded, which took away from the relaxation experience. It felt more like an overpriced theme park than a natural Icelandic hot spring. If you’re looking for something more serene and authentic, I’d highly recommend Sky Lagoon instead—much less crowded and a far better atmosphere overall.

1.00Blue Lagoon is great! Viator tours that provided transportation was not. We waited at our bus stop for 2 hours and 15 minutes. No bus came. We finally got on 11a bus instead of the 9a bus.
