• Unsafe and Blaming Customers – Avoid! Refused to let us wear life jackets for the trip!!!!

  I Have Never Felt So Unsafe – and Then Blamed – by a Tour Company 🚨 I’ve travelled a lot. I’ve been on boats all over the world. But I have NEVER experienced anything like this. We booked a “full-day boat excursion” thinking it would be fun and safe for everyone in our group. Two of us can’t swim — no problem, we thought. Every other boat trip we’ve taken has simply let us wear life jackets the whole time. Basic safety, right? Wrong. When we arrived, we were told life jackets were only for emergencies and could only be worn while sitting down on the boat. Not if you wanted to move around. Not if you wanted to participate in activities. In other words — if you felt unsafe without one, you were out of luck. This wasn’t in the booking details. This wasn’t explained beforehand. And here’s the kicker — our travel insurance would have been invalid under those conditions. So we had a choice: risk our safety AND our insurance, or walk away. We chose safety. And the company’s response? They refused to refund us and tried to spin it as “we’re not responsible for your swimming ability.” This wasn’t about swimming — it was about refusing to let paying customers wear a life jacket when they felt unsafe. That’s not just bad customer service. That’s negligence. That’s gambling with people’s lives. So here’s my warning: if you book with this company, know that you’re dealing with people who think safety is optional and will blame YOU for not taking part when they make it unsafe for you to do so.

  We enjoyed this day and Nana our guide was great. The food was good and drinks were available throughout. However, we didn’t visit the sunken boat (because of the weather) - we went to a different swim place instead. And although we did visit the blue lagoon we didn’t feel like we really saw it because the boat anchored so far away ( maybe because of the size of the boat?). We enjoyed the stop at Solta.

  Very nice trip with outstanding crew. All day of attractions on the sea. Visit in little Village on the Island full of attractions.

  Activity a little too touristy! Nice places but also not extraordinary and free food not good!

  The staff Nana was great. However we booked this trip for a shipwrecked tour but there was no shipwreck as they said it was too choppy!
