  The golf cart did not have a working parking brake. There were no side mirrors as well. This made it unnecessarily stressful driving on the left and watching out for passing cars.

  Don’t ever book this company when traveling to Grand Turk. The company never showed up to pick us up and when Viator reached out to them on our behalf, the company never answered their phone. This tour was self guided anyway and if you don’t know the history of the island, it’s a waste of time to get a golf cart and tour the island. You are better off getting a taxi and pay for a two hour tour. The taxi driver will take you around the island and point out historical places and share facts about the island. Our taxi/tour guide was Tony, a resident on the island and he was AWESOME! If you are traveling on one of the cruise ships, go to the taxi stand and Derrick will make sure to secure a taxi for you!

  Fabulous experience. It is a little walk from the pier put of the port gate and across the street, but everyone was so helpful in pointing us to the right direction. Out golfcart was perfect. No issues. Right around the corner from pickup/drop-off, we were able to fill up. We were told to put in 1 galon so we did and tipped the attendant whompumped the gas. Easy peasy. Definitely recommend. We saw many sights around the island and found amazing views of the turquoise waters. We even found some great spots to swim.

  The vehicle was very dated and the brakes were not very good. The foot brake when pressed to stop the vehicle, didn't hold in the park in the position. Therefore, had a tendency to roll.

• The cart was ok make sure you check the gas in it though .. no gas gauge .

  So no gas gauge on cart .. they want u to fill up before return so check and see how much gas is in it with gas $7 a gallon .. no signs for this place as well outside of gates . Good cart but be mindful

  They said to meet them at customs which is a 20 min walk from the cruise port. There was nothing there. I messaged them on the app but no response. Did not get my golf cart and requested a refund.

  Renting a golf cart is a good idea if you want to explore the island on your own and not with many tourists. For this rental you have to walk less than 5 minutes from the port. Javi was right at the exit and the process was super quick and easy. He is super nice and very trustworthy. If you have been to Providenciales take into consideration this island is not the same. Way smaller and under developed. The people working here are trying to give great service and they deliver. Returning the cart was also a breeze.

  Booked an 4 person golf cart online and not through the cruise line. The location was easy to find once off the cruise ship. They had a golf cart ready for us when we arrived. We had the cart all day while in port. We put $10 worth of gas before we returned the cart. It was easy getting around the island and so much fun! Our favorite day off the ship! A must do in Grand Turks!

  Overall a very easy process. The staff were friendly and it was really quick to pick up and return our golf cart. I thought the price was reasonable. Chavez/Javez helped us with the return and it was simple. I would use again when I visit this beautiful and laid back island.
