Cancelled after we got to the meetup spot

1.00I don’t really have a review for the actual activity as it was cancelled without prior notification. I’m reviewing based on the cancellation we experienced for this activity. On the day of the tour, we contacted the tour operator before leaving our hotel but didn’t get any responses. When we got to the meetup spot, that’s the only time they responded but to our dismay, they said it’s cancelled. No reasons were given, only that it’s cancelled and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. They refunded the tour fee right away though. We were so confused, but we didn’t argue further so as not to spoil the rest of our day. I’m sure the tour’s really fun, but i hope they take it upon themselves to notify us in advance for tour cancellations like this so we can plan ahead for something else on our day.

5.00This boat trip was the highlight of our month in Italy. It was so fun to get to cruise around and see all the beauty of ischia, chat with people from all over, eat INCREDIBLE food, drink wine, and enjoy the hospitality of the whole family. Also, I’m shocked with the value for this. We loved every minute of it-highly recommend!

5.00Fabio and his family made the experience amazing! They are so welcoming and fun, we had a blast with the other passengers. It is a must do as a solo traveler or with a group. We rode around the island and stopped at swim spots. Great day made possible by a great crew
