Bodrum Castle
Bodrum Castle will be our first stop. The Bodrum Castle (Castle of St. Peter or Petronium) was built by the Knights of St John between 1406-1522 on a small rocky peninsula set between two sheltered harbors in Bodrum. In the construction of the castle, the stones of Mausoleion, which was one of the seven wonders of the world and demolished due to an earthquake were used. The Bodrum Castle (Castle of St. Peter or Petronium) has towers known as the French, Italian, English, German and Spanish, bearing the names of the nations responsible for their construction. After the island of Rhodes was taken over by the Turks in 1522, the knights left Bodrum and its surrounding territory on January 5., 1523. Being used as a prison for a period of time since 1895, the castle turned to ruin due to bombing of the French and English forces on May 26-28, 1915, during World War I. and was abandoned.

5.00You should not leave bodrum without visiting ancient gems of the city. This was an amazing tour that we are so glad we had. It was a very profesional organised tour for us. Mr. Ali was exceptional. Such loaded with lots of knowledge. Everything seemed so easy with him. The way of his storytelling made it more interesting. We had a great time and also got excellent recommendations from him for the things to do in bodrum city and best restaurants and night clubs which really helped the rest of our holiday. I don't know the prices for enterances to the ancients, because this was an all-inclusive tour so we didn't pay for anything. I highly recommend to book this tour.

5.00A very fun filled day with Polestar Travel. We book this tour weeks ago and the guys were so helpful to make it tailored to our choices. Fantastic service. Guide Mr. Adem was exceptional. He was very warm and did a great job making our tour so beautiful. Everything was very well organized. Lunch was amzing. Especially the chilly adana kebab. We will definitely come to Bodrum again.

5.00Lovely spent day at a beautiful city. Was a very hot day but we went to the Castle in the morning so we were very lucky. Our guide was very polite, fun and full of knowledge. She had very exciting stories of every locations. We loved the tour car. Very spacious and good air conditioning. It was really comfortable and easy to travel with. Definitely worth it. Will recommend this tour to all of my friends.

5.00An amazing tour that gives you all the most interesting places to see in town. Castle was absolutely fantastic. Our tour guide Adem was so nice and fiendly. We had really good time with him during the whole tour. His explanations and stories were amazing. He took us to one of the best turkish food restaurant. I definitely recommend this tour. Absolutely worth every single penny.

5.00We were amazed by the archeological findings in the underwater archeology museum. The city itself is an ancient heaven. Castle and amphitheater were in very good condition. Lunch was so good that we went to the same restaurant the day after the tour too. We had a very memorable experience. My whole family loved it. I highly recommend and many thanks.

5.00This was the best All-inclusive tour we had in Turkey. We were a group of 5 friends. We spent two weeks in Turkey and after spending most of our holiday in istanbul city and Cappadocia, we decided to spend 3 days in Bodrum city. As history lovers we absolutely fell in love with the ancient history of the city. Our guide was a fantastic guy whose knowledge and stories made our tour more impressive. Lunch was very very good. We loved every moment of the tour.

5.00We had an amazing experience on our all-inclusive private Bodrum city tour. Our guides knowledge and stories added a lot of interest during our visit at the Casle and the underwater museum. This city's archeological sites are absolutely a must see if you are visiting here. Pick up and drop off were very smooth and comfortable. A very well organized private tour with a delicious lunch. A very enjoyable day it was.

From the pick up to droff off, everything was wonderfully organized. We felt very special. The lunch was 10/10. And it was all-inclusive. Overall a great day.

5.00You know it is going to be a beautiful day when you welcomed with a smiling face during the meet and pick up. Our tour guide was super friendly and took care us so well. Traveling with a luxurious car between the sites made our tour even nicer. We had a great lunch at a Turkish kebab restaurant. My favorite spot was amphitheatre. Everything was perfect. I would book again.

5.00We couldn't have asked for a better experince in Bodrum. Pick up was very luxurious. Guide Mr. Adem was top tier. Very positive and provided amazing knowledge about the sites we visited. Lunch and the coffee break was very delicious. This tour was the best way to get an overview of the ancient city's history and more. I would higly recommend Polestar Travel to anyone visiting Bodrum.
