  We went on the Boeing factory tour. Everything was very good, pick-up, ride, visit, drop-off. The Boeing factory is absolutely impressive and the tour inside was very well organized by Boeing, with their own guides. Also exceptional was our driver and tour guide JAMES!!! Polite, respectful, passionate, knowledgeable, helpful, great personality!!! Thank you!

  The experience was awesome from the start of the trip to the end. The driver James was great with giving us a full history of Boeing factory along the way to the facility and then gave us a full round a about tour of the place from the areas that we can take pictures as the factory is off limits to picture taking. We were able to see an aircraft to take off from the field. And a plus side he took us up to the sky deck to take pictures at the facility and then guided us to the simulator’s immediately after to make time to do this before the tour. Overall smooth and definitely 1 i will like to take again when the 737 max 10’s are completed.

  Guided trip up to the Boeing factory was great and filled with interesting info about the history of the company. The tour at the factory itself was amazing. A great experience overall.

  Our guide James was wonderful, he was so knowledgeable about Boeing and the history of the area. He also made sure all our needs were taken care of and made sure we all had an awesome experience!

  Will probably be my highlight while visiting Seattle. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about aviation, Seattle and Boeing. He kept us engaged throughout the time on the road before getting to the marvelous Boeing Factory. I felt like an expert by the time I got into the factory. Nothing was rushed and he was patient enough to show us all the surroundings of the complex before we began the tour. The weather was also cooperative so we were lucky to see the mountains in all their glory.This is hands down the best way to tour the Boeing Factory.

  I paid $125 online to TripAdvisor for the Boeing Factory Tour with Guided Transport from Seattle for January 16, 2026, at 8:45 AM (Booking reference 1345212795, confirmation 172840225, tour operator confirmation 327264754). As instructed, I arrived at the Hyatt hotel on 808 Howell Street around 8:15 AM and waited at the agreed address until 9:15 AM, but the bus did not arrive at the scheduled time of 8:45 AM (I even spoke about this two or three times with the Hyatt employee who supervises the entrance on 808 Howell Street). A taxi driver at the location told me that the bus may have departed from another entrance of the hotel, although the location on the ticket is exactly where I waited. TripAdvisor does not provide email addresses for this type of issue, although I managed to send an email to the press department ([email protected]), but I did not receive any response. Since TripAdvisor has all my data, including the credit card on which $125 was charged, I will await reimbursement of this amount. Joao Mario Menegaz – [email protected]

  James the shuttle driver provided so much useful background about how Boeing was created and the history. The tour itself was interesting to see such a vast space and the work being done. Surprised at how worthwhile this was to do.

  Exceeded it. Pretty astounding process, and super knowledgeable and friendly and caring tour guides. The design of the cranes and their functions were very interesting.

  Our bus driver, James, provided excellent commentary on the way to the factory and was very well organized. His knowledge and own enthusiasm for Boeing and Seattle was exceptional. Likewise, our tour guide Joe, at the Boeing factory made the tour a truly memorable experience.
