We booked a private tour with Lucy Tours in mid-August. Lucy was super responsive on Whatsapp and listened to all my concerns as we had one person in the party with mobility issues. The guide, Roman, was extremely punctual and arrived in a large, comfortable, and air-conditioned van to accommodate all five of us. He was so knowledgable and pleasant, and he made the journey more fun. Our tour was to the glass factory in Nizbor. Roman was attentive to all our needs and took care of all aspects of the factory tour - where to meet, tickets etc. As we drove in and out of Prague, he also served as a historical guide within the city, educating us of all the sights we passed. Drop-off was right outside our hotel as was the pickup, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Their website is easy to use and their prices are reasonable given the high quality of the tour. I recommend Lucy Tours wholeheartedly and would definitely use them again when I return to Prague.
