Discover the underwater wonders of the Bora Bora lagoon aboard an underwater scooter. You have the option to travel on your own scooter, or share as two people can be comfortably seated in a large, dry, and panoramic dome. Inside the underwater scooter, you will breathe freely and naturally, and your head will always be dry. An electric motor will propel you during all of your 30- to 35-minute experience that covers a circuit of more than one kilometer and a depth of up to 3 meters below the surface. Nothing could be more simple. This small-group experience is suitable for all; there is no need to be an experienced diver or swimmer.

Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Departure from your hotel main dock our captain will drive you aboard our nice inflatable boat to our floating platform where your guide and the Underwater Scooters are waiting for you. After few minutes of explanation go to explore the magic sea-life of Bora-Bora. After 30 minutes diving your guides will explain you everything about the dive and the story of the island.

3.00Trip got cancelled which is fine understand safety but we weren’t told until after we left our pickup and were driven 15m to another resort on a small boat. It would have been nice as this was 10:15 to know this before and had some time to replan our day.

5.00Ben and Remy made this an exceptional tour! The underwater scooter is genius. We saw many varieties of fish and sea life. Ben was a great guide. This was the most fun we’ve had on our vacation so far. If you’re afraid to dive but that experience this is for you! It’s a little expensive but totally worth it!

5.00It was a really fun activity and the guides were extremely patient with my nervousness. The actual experience is 30 mins as the rest of the time is to transport you there and back, and also to (soft) pitch you to buy the video & pictures.

5.00It was an amazing and unique experience. Your head and neck stay above water and its slow moving so I didnt find it intimidating. You just follow your guide and see amazing fish and other underwater sites up close.

5.00This was a very interesting trip, and quite different from the snorkeling experiences we usually have. Our guides Frederick and Remy were great. The fish gather thick around us. They're drawn by food (bananas), but it's still fascinating. One pretty wrasse even swam into our scooter briefly! I particularly liked the part about going down to about 10 feet deep. I can't dive well while snorkeling because my ears need more time to adjust than most people. This was a gradual descent and my ears handled it fine, so I got to see depths I normally I can't go to. We didn't see as much as we would while snorkeling freely, but I still appreciated the uniqueness of the experience. This would be an especially good activity for anyone who wants to have the submarine experience but doesn't want to gear up or isn't comfortable breathing through a snorkel.

5.00Such a fun and unique experience in Bora Bora! The crew was super friendly. The scooter was easy to use and the views were amazing — only downside was the $95 photo/video package, which we skipped.

5.00On September 23, 2025, we went to do this activity booked from the M/S Paul Gauguin!! Benoit and Fred two experienced divers and guides lead us to the most beautiful reefs and marine life, are exceptional. We had the opportunity to feed the fish and touch the corals. (Too bad Benoit didn't have the gopro to capture our release..the best memories will be in our heads and on our I-Phone) This is an exceptional experience. Aqua Scooter in Bora Bora is a highly recommended activity for a unique, safe and entertaining experience of underwater exploration. At the end of the activity Benoit receives us with a juice and the small butters (charming) had some information about the marine fauna we rubbed shoulders with. And our hair stayed dry!!!!:-)

I can't recommend this ride highly enough. the staff were very friendly and helpful and you felt safe the whole time. it was an amazing way to be part of the sea world without being a trained diver. The fish swam right in front of us and were floating around you the whole time.
