My review is not about the trip itself, but about the company. Unfortunately, we did not realize that, as Americans, we needed a visa to cross from Argentina to Brazil for a day trip. We received an email from the tour guide asking us to meet him in front of the hotel with our passports and a valid visa. That’s when we immediately realized we had a problem. We looked into how quickly we could obtain a visa, but it became clear right away that there was no chance of getting one in time for the next day’s trip. We contacted Viator customer service, and even though we were well past the 24-hour cancellation window, they took care of us and issued a credit for the tour. The purpose of this review is not to comment on the trip itself, but to highlight how the company handled an unexpected challenge and supported their customers.

We had a great day. Our Guide Lorraina was lovely and very helpful particularly trying to navigate getting across the Brazillian border with our passports and Visa. The walk was great which ended at the bridge looking at the Devil's Throat. The only suggestion I have is that the Guide should check that the Australian passengers should not only have their passports but also their printed Visa because we wasted a lot of time at the Brazillian Immigration, where 1 person who forget their Visa and wasn't allowed in and had to go back to the their hotel.

It was a good tour that helped up maneuver the obstacles from the Argentina side hotel. You need a Brazilian VISA. Crossing the border was easy. The guide was good was a little unorganized but it was really crowded that day. The falls are amazing. No bugs.

Highly recommend for those need to bypass long lines at the border crossing and park entrance. We were a bit worried about the timing as we had an early evening flight to catch, but the half hour tour ended on time by skipping all the long lines in December.

Natural wonder! On the Brazilian side you have some postcards, maybe it is not as intuitive or close as on the Argentine side, except a part that is literally over the waterfall, but has its charm the same. We went down to the Das Cataratas hotel and started the tour. There is a small bar halfway, then there is the one under the panoramic elevator and of course after there are the bars/shops of the final stretch. They take you to school from the entrance, it is a long stretch that breathes nature.

Great views of the falls and a convenient way to handle transport to the Brazil side from the Argentine side.

Unforgettable visit. From the Brazilian side we see the lower part of the waterfalls, which is wonderful; from the Argentine side we see the water mantle and the formation of the waterfalls. The Argentine side has the advantage of accessibility, which on the Brazilian side is almost impossible to accomplish, given that it is necessary to descend and climb several steps, with only one access point with elevator. The little train ride to the waterfalls is also an experience that especially the younger ones love.
