5.00Interesting how the miners worked. Seeing the mine in real life made it real. Story teller did a great job.

5.00Very fun experience and a nice way to spend a couple of hours going between Whistler and Vancouver. Very informative guide who really knew the history of the mine. Super interesting info! Good for kids (lots of noise!) but for adults too! I was worried that I would be claustrophobic, but no issues at all. You could always see the exit point.

5.00Unique experience. They had us ride a mining train. Then took us in various mine tunnels and explained the process. Lastly the information film about the working of the mill was cherry on top. Our guide Anna was very informative and explained the entire process. Definitely recommend this adventure even for younger kids.

5.00We actually went here by accident... we were taking a drive and our little one got car sick so we pulled over to get air and walk around. We happened to pull into the Museum's parking lot and thought it looked cool... and I'm so glad we did! We all enjoyed it... husband, me, teenager, 4 year old, 2 year old. Our tour guide Spencer was funny and very knowledgable. It was one of the highlights of our trip over Christmas from California

5.00We had a great time here at the Britannia Mine Museum, with a lot of information and different exhibits. It included rooms with mining equipment, as well as informing us on the history of the mines. There was also a very fun gold finding area, with pans and sand, showing how a lot of people in the olden days would try to find gold. The real star of the show, however, was the tour and boom show. We had the best tour guide ever, who kept us engaged throughout. We ended the day with a boom show, which was entertaining, keeping even the youngest of us captivated. Highly recommended!
