2.00Our guide fell ill and they sent a different person. Our guide was nice but wasn’t very knowledgeable. He would frequently say I don’t know to basic questions regarding the city. We only saw a fraction of the sites on the tour list. We travelled in for a day trip to Brussels from Paris and it wasn’t at all what we hoped to see. I would’ve much rather the tour got cancelled. We could’ve made alternate arrangements and stayed in Paris. It was a waste of precious time and money.
Shame to have cancelled by email 30 min avt the appointment and without explanation

1.00Shame: guided tour cancelled by email 30 minutes before the appointment. Without explanation or fallback. In addition, it is impossible to contact someone by phone to organize a new activity with an Enterprise Group.

4.00We did a private walking tour. Our guide was very informative and seemed passionate about the area. She was very nice and was patient w/ us whenever we wanted to stop and shop or get a coffee. We didn’t know much history of Brussels and feel like we learned a bunch. Wear comfortable shoes, much walking on cobblestone streets.

5.00We cannot say enough about how wonderful Eric, our tour guide was. He was incredibly accommodating and reached out to us a couple of times before our scheduled tour date to make sure that we could find a good place to meet. He was a very knowledgeable guide and was very patient, never rushing us at all. He took us to all of the major highlights in Brussels as well as some hidden gems. He also gave us great recommendations for the best chocolate store to visit and beers to drink. The time went by very quickly. I would highly recommend this tour and especially our tour guide Eric.

5.00I had the best guide, Eric!! I chose a custom tour over a group walking tour because I am not used to waking much and have difficulty with stairs and hills, so I wanted a tour focusing on the must-see sights and did not want to slow down others on a group tour. Eric designed a tour just for me that was all downhill or flat!! He contacted me in advance to find out what I was/was not interested in and designed the tour with that in mind, and added “hidden gems” I didn’t even know I wanted to see! He even included a special request of mine not on a typical tour—to see Audrey Hepburn’s birthplace! Eric is very knowledgeable about the city’s history, and a fascinating and engaging storyteller! I learned so much and enjoyed the free chocolate tastings at a couple of the best chocolatiers! The pace was perfect (both the time spent at each sight and the pace of walking). Highly recommend asking for Eric Lamp as your custom tour guide!

5.00Eric gave us a great, informative, and exciting provate walking tour of Brussels. Even my teenagers enjoyed it. Eric customized the tour to accommodate our interest in art nouveau architecture and showed us some amazing works of that style. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.
