The tour will approximately cover a distance of 4.5 Km which will mean that you will get to see about 70% of the main attractions in Bucharest.
It will not be a tour but a walk with a local friend!

5.00Can highly recommend this walking tour. Ed was full of interesting facts and information. His account of the Ceausescu era was eye opening and passionate. Bucharest is a lovely city and we now underdtand so much more about its unique history. Well done Ed.

From the very beginning of the tour, his passion for Bucharest and Romanian history was unmistakable. Eduard is incredibly knowledgeable, but what truly sets him apart is the way he brings the city’s stories to life. Rather than simply listing facts or dates, he weaves history, culture, and local anecdotes together in a way that makes everything feel vivid and memorable. Throughout the tour, our entire group was completely enraptured. It’s rare to see a guide hold everyone’s attention so effortlessly for hours, but Eduard managed it with ease. His enthusiasm is infectious, and you can tell he genuinely loves sharing his city with visitors. He also struck the perfect balance between historical insight, humor, and practical local knowledge. 5.00The tour through the Bucurest was great. The old town is quite small but our tour guide gave us a lots of information. He was funny, honest - especially when didn't know the answer:) Gave us a some time to check the visited places. He's English was alright but would recommend slightly improve his pronunciation and not sure if we got the introduction of himself in the beginning. Would be nice. I do really appreciate his gesture for International women's day! Very nice, thank you very much! Anyway, I do recommend this tour! And information: The tour finishes at the Parlament. So If you are interested to visit this spectacle building do it after this tour. Guide take you there, easy and efficient time to spend:)

5.00We really enjoyed our tour! We saw some really interesting sights and our guide was very friendly and enthusiastic, and allowed us to view/explore various places at our own pace. I feel like I know a lot more about the history of Bucharest and Romania as a whole. Thank you to Dan, our guide.

Ed was an exceptional guide - extremely knowledgable, funny, personable, great storyteller and took time answering questions and providing extra personal insights and anecdotes. Truly, every detail was perfect. The tour was the first thing I did in Bucharest and it made such a positive impression for the entire city and the Romanian people and culture! Couldn't recommend it more!
