Heroes' Square
The central feature of Heroes' Square, as well as a landmark of Budapest, is the Millennium Memorial.Hungary, noted for its iconic statue complex featuring the Seven chieftains of the Magyars and other important Hungarian national leaders, as well as the Memorial Stone of Heroes, often erroneously referred as the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Fisherman's Bastion
The Halászbástya or Fisherman's Bastion is one of the best known monuments in Budapest, located in the Buda Castle, in the 1st district of Budapest. It is one of the most important tourist attractions due to the unique panorama of Budapest from the Neo-Romanesque lookout terraces. The Fishermen's Bastion's main façade, parallel to the Danube, is approximately 140 meters long, of which the southern aisle is about 40 meters long, the north is 65 meters long, and the ornate central parapet is 35 meters long. Its seven high-pitched stone towers symbolize the seven chieftains of the Hungarians who founded Hungary in 895.

Very nice, compact trip around the Buda side of the city -- extraordinary views from the castle and fisherman's bastion, and down to heroes square. The boat ride piece we took several hours later, after dark, and it was quick and spectacular. Very well organized logistics and tour, and options. Thank you again!

Worth paying extra to go see the inside of Matthias Church. Was 3,200 HUF per person. Do the boat cruise in the evening.

I took this tour on my first day in Budapest hoping that it would give me a good introduction to the city but I found it lacking. Starting with the pros: It provides a decent overview of the city with basic historical information. Being in a minibus allows you to cover a lot of ground with little walking. Our guide was pleasant and friendly. The river cruise part has a flexible ticket that can be used at any day and time - this was great as I was able to go later to see the Parliament at night. I think the overall price was quite good given that it included the river cruise. Now the cons: This is a multilingual tour which can get quite confusing as the guide switches between languages. It seemed that more of the commentary was given in Italian than English and it became hard to hear the English as others spoke over it. As time was spent saying things twice it meant less information was given and sometimes we would pass something of interest before being told about it. We started the tour late as we were waiting for some late arriving guests, however we ended up stopping for a coffee and going into a gift shop for about half an hour. I felt this was unnecessary and would rather have had that time to see the sights of Budapest - in particular I would have liked more time at Heroes square as the time basically involved running across to take a picture and running back to the bus. It was ok but I didn’t feel that I really learned much about Budapest. The views on the river cruise were the highlight.

Guide was very knowledgeable. This tour is very good for tourist that have short visits to Budapest. The only reason not a 5 star ratings was for 2 people we had to hear German translation where 90% of tourist were English. I thought I signed for an English tour.

We had a fantastic experience on the bus tour. Our guide—an older Hungarian lady with grey hair who spoke several languages—was incredibly knowledgeable. I much preferred this format over the standard ‘hop-on, hop-off’ style; having her lead the entire circuit made the experience feel much more cohesive. Since there were only five of us, it felt like a personalised private tour. The boat trip was a nice addition, but the audio guide was disappointing. There was no announcement about the QR code system, and even once I found it, the link failed to load after selecting a language. While we happened to have our own headphones, most people likely wouldn't think to bring them without being told, meaning they couldn't listen even if the tech worked. It’s a lovely boat ride, but the communication and digital guide definitely need improvement. That said, the bus tour itself was worth it.

Great tour guide called Dora who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We visited some of the main attractions in Budapest on a very cold day - it was a good way of getting around and learning about the history etc.
