The best places to take photos as a souvenir, for your social media, prints, or professional use.
There are day and night tours, please make your choice. Dates and hours are flexible and may be different from the timetable on the site, so please let me know your preference.
During our walk, we go through the best places for your unique photos of Budapest. After a mini workshop about photography basics (only if needed, of course), camera settings, composition rules, we start to occupy the strategic points that average tourists will hardly find. (Extra time can be added if required. We can agree on that on the spot.)
Unlike a regular city walk, we don't need to go close to places of interest, to the contrary: we have to find a good perspective for your camera.
For your breathtaking photos, you need to know WHERE to go with your camera and WHEN to shoot and this is what I can help in.

During the tour, we can cover 4-5 main view points depending on your personal requirements and fitness. Extra time and places can be agreed on. The actual itinerary depends on your request and also the weather. Gellért hill is part of the day and also the night tour.

5.00Zoltan was a great guide to shoot with. He knows his city well and took me to some great spots where the crowds were sparse but allowed for good composition. He is a good conversationalist. I enjoyed my photo walk and would recommend this tour.

5.00Zoltan is an excellent guide, was over punctual and just thought of everything. Our photowalk started with a refresher on photo basics using examples and the corresponding settings. The tour went on foot through different neighborhoods and was very entertaining. Zoltan responded to my questions and wishes at all times and offered a program ideally suited to the external conditions. Can recommend him and his tour to everyone without hesitation.

5.00Zoltan met with us and after a few minutes conversation picked up on our wishes. He gave us historical background of our subject matter and guided us to architecture and sculpture that were exactly what we hoped to find.

5.00I have a history with a camera that's about 15 years old. Fixed lens, 50 mm. Would it seem possible to shoot on a portrait lens? Thanks to Zoltán's skill, it turned out to be quite, very much! I was very inspired by this master's approach to choosing lighting, objects, although I am familiar with several professional and very talented photographers in Moscow, Krasnodar and Minsk. My Canon 350D feels like it got a second birth thanks to Zoltan. Explanations, advice (both artistically and in general terms) have proved very useful and valuable. Immediately upon arrival, I purchased a new lens for an extremely low cost, it was as if he "asked" for this camera. Now I've got a wide angle, and yet I've learned one thing: practically everything is decided by skill, not the price of your device. Thank you to Zoltan for your wonderful walk, kindness and generosity. This man is literally one of the most vivid experiences of visiting Hungary that will be remembered, I think, for life.

Your ideas were great to find some little special areas with less tourists and also trying to photograph things from different angles to add more interest in the popular touristic shots! 5.00Was a really enjoyable walk for me as an absolute beginner. Zoltán helped me to see the things from another perspective through the camera, also he took us to good spots from where we could do almost "artistic" photos. I would recommend his tours for everyone, even if you aren't interested in photography. I wasn't neither, but thanks for Zoltan I started to enjoy it. Beside the photo technics he also knows a lot about Budapest.

5.00The tour with Zoltan was the best we did in Budapest. Zoltan is very flexible and personally responds to all wishes. When he realized that we were particularly interested in architecture, he showed us great buildings that we would never have found ourselves. It is also a source of information on topics such as history, culture and Hungary in general! Not only for photo fans, but for everyone. looking for background information about Budapest!!
