We booked the evening cruise with one drink (priority boarding) from the guy at the boardwalk earlier that day. He gave us good advice to book with priority boarding as there would be a long queue...he wasn't wrong! We arrived 20min before (7:10pm) and got to walk past the 80+ people to the front and wait in the warmth for our boarding. My husband and myself were approx 10th on the boat and choose a great seat (with table) on the righthand side of the boat (downstairs). We had a fantastic view and could easily take photos without glare from inside the cabin. Other people choose the front of the boat (but personally the view wasn't great!) or upstairs but it was too cold for us -4°c with a biting wind. I choose prosecco, husband choose red wine for our one free drink (you can buy more aboard). This company worked for us but I would not have been happy in that massive queue!

Booked the River cruise with Ildi and Chilly. They were really helpful in explaining what was available and the costs etc. We booked it for later the same day, we were asked to meet at the boat at 4.10 for a 4.30 sail. We were served a drink on arrival which was included in the price. The boat was clean and the staff were attentive without being too intrusive. Ildi had told us to sit on the starboard side for the best views. It sailed up past Parliament building then turned around just before Margaret Island and sailed down the opposite bank past Gellert baths again turning after the baths before coming in to the Dock. Highly recommend the trip.

Great riverside views and a very welcoming team. Lots of choices of cocktails including Christmas options. Two drinks included was just perfect.

It was a great experience, from the moment we arrived until the end of the trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant throughout the journey.

Shocking experience. Couldn't see a thing due to people being outside. Tried to go outside but couldn't move. Staff were dismissive.

The inside boat was way too hot.. the waiters seemed put out when ordering the drinks. I appreciated the help at the entry point.

The tour felt like mass processing with zero charm. Limited seating on the upper deck led to crowding, and the heavy advertising plus roof made it hard to take good photos. Pure commercialism – more like a ferry ride than a proper sightseeing experience.
