You must have flip flops to enter the spa (street flip flops are not allowed). It is possible to buy them at the venue.
The outdoor swimming pool can only be used in swimming cap which is possible to purchase at the venue.

Your ticket is valid only for one-time entry. Opening hours: Weekdays: 7am-8pm Weekends and Holidays: 8am-8pm. Last admission: 1 hour before closing time.

5.00Ticket was eligible all day, we arrived around midday. Thermal baths were great, lots of different pools/sauna etc. Very relaxing and we enjoyed it to recover from the night before

2.00Very expensive to tramp! The central part of the baths being under construction, everything was quickly done... What shocked us the most... no one showers before entering the water! That's crazy! And a bunch of Englishmen were walking around in the water with pints of beer in their hands without anyone saying anything, awful!

1.00This is not a spa experience. It’s more like a water park, but no water slides. Lots of people and just not pleasant or relaxing.

1.00Very very disappointed with the spa After paying £224 English pounds for a couples spa experience I came away with a half hour experience and a nice room to chill in I was told I couldn’t have the massage dew too there policy on health conditions This was a mistake on my part as I didn’t see or find any restrictions (tip make sure you find and read the policy before you book ) I haven’t even attempted to get any sort of refund as the staff where egore to get me to sign this right away and I didn’t realise the small print till we came away I asked if I could have a facial or something similar instead but the answer was still No I asked for a partial refund again no The older lady at reception was very rude when she realised we where English The spa it’s self was dirty and very very busy Not a relaxing enjoyable experience at all

4.00The baths are great and quite enjoyable, but bring your own towels. You cannot rent them there. They only sell fancy ones for high-end prices! Also, flip flops are required.

3.00Back in the day this was probably amazing but now it’s a bit tired and rundown. One of the outside pools. The largest one was closed. Make sure you take sliders in a towel because on top of the expensive entry ticket you will be expected to buy these on top. It was worth the experience, but to be honest, it was a very expensive dip in a swimming pool.I
