  Emanuel made this a day to remember. I knew absolutely nothing about Burgundy wines and by the end I walked away with such a better understanding as well as more than slightly tipsy. Be warned (in a good way) you will taste much more than 14 wines. I think we netted out to closer to 30 and that list included multiple premier crus, a few Gran Crus and even a tasting of a 1992 Hospice de Beaune. Truly some extremely rare never by the glass chances to taste a variety of wine across Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune. Emanuel answered every question, made sure there were vegetarian options at lunch, helped make my dinner reservation for that night and even brought the group back to a previous spot just so we could taste Creme de Cassis when I mentioned I hadn't tried it. I cannot recommend this tour enough. You get a little bit of everything from small producer to larger to wine shop with a more curated selection. The value of this was so clear to me by the end of the day and I would do this again if I'm ever in the area.

  We had the best tour guide Virginiie So knowledgeable, passionate , explained the characteristics of the wine so well, and fun!💙🤍❤️ Made lots of stops for pictures .

  Excellent Grand Cru wine tour with a knowledgeable guide in Virginie. However, there was not much difference between this tour and the regular wine tour we had taken before at half the price.

  Our group had an incredible day with Emmanuel who took us to some wonderful places throughout the day. We got to try so many wonderful wines and had a wonderful lunch. Emmanuel took the time explaining so much and was extremely patient with us our questions. He even helped us with recommendations and reservations for the rest of our stay! Highly recommend this tour!

• Great, good value tour to learn more about Burgundy wine

  This is a great tour. Yes it is expensive, but you will try a lot of wine (we ended up trying over 25 different wines including many premier and grand cru) and probably works out cheaper than paying for individual tastings at different locations. Our guide Emmanuel gave fantastic information about the wines of Burgundy and was very helpful in helping us understand the great variety of wines. While we tasted some very expensive wines from famous appellations costing well over €100, we were also helped to find some Burgundy wines that were more affordable but equally high quality. Lunch wasn't included but was at a very nice and affordable bistro (e.g. €26 3 course set menu). If you are interested in wine and want to learn more about Burgundy this is highly recommended. I have recently done my WSET level 2 qualification, and found this very interesting to learn much more about the wines of Burgundy. There is also of course the option to buy any of the wines you try, but this is very much optional and there was no hard sell or pressure. Tax refunds and shipping could also be arranged depending on your home country. As well as the tasting you are also driven to some of the famous grand cru locations for photos etc.
