  Highly recommend !!!!Kassy took 6 adults on full day of touring . She was magnificent. Her English is excellent. She arranged a deluxe van and driver and took us to all the sites we wanted. We even got to have lunch at a very high end beef Korean BBQ restaurant and we were treated like royalty. It was a first class experience all arranged by Kassy !   Our tour guide for the day tour with Kassy was excellent. She gave us good knowledgeable about the history of the temple, steps to how to enjoy the Ginseng chicken soup with Ginseng liquor and also help us in the ordering of a great seafood dinner at the Jagachi seafood market . That was amazing as language was an issue with us . Kassy was such a great host that made sure we all bucket up in the car ride . With her careful and clear explanation of the place and history, help us take very nice angled photos at the specific spots of each place of interest which made our trip very memorable. We felt very blessed to meet such a thoughtful Kassy that leaves such a lasting impression of our Busan trip . Kassy , a very big thank you for guiding and giving us your extra time to make sure that we had a nice seafood dinner on 24/10/25 in Busan . I have no second thought to recommend her tour service to anyone who is new in Busan but wants to explore Beautiful Busan . If I ever comes back for another trip in Busan , I would definitely ask her to guide us again . A sincerely big thank you for making 6 of us had such an enjoyable day . 👍👍😀😀

  I arranged tours so that I could easily see Busan and also follow the tour bus that my parents were on as part of their cruise ship tour experience. My guides, Chris and Solomon provided an interesting experience and detailed information about the community and culture. They were thoughtful about pointing out additional places to explore. I would happily tour with them again! Well done and well enjoyed!

  It was a great day full of non-stop attractions and experiences. Our guide was great and extremely knowledgeable. The schedule was well set out, starting with the temple and finishing off eating king crab and sea urchins in the local market.

  Kassy was an excellent tour guide. She was so personable and a delight to be around. She went above and beyond to make our trip to S Korea fun and memorable. We learned so much about the area because she was patient and kind. Kassy goes above and beyond !

  We had a one day tour in Busan, and our guide Lucy was so nice, she explain us a lot of each place and we learn interesting facts, she took us to the most famous places in the city and was so patience with my mom and her wheelchair, she took great pictures of my family and gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to buy! She was excelent!!!

  Julia was so knowledgeable about the history of Gyeongju. She took us to interesting places and the major museum was a must see. She spoke excellent English and packed in so much in 1 day

  We had a 11-hour and 50 minutes lay over in Seoul, Korea. We booked a tour to This is Korea and Joe was our guide. We had a great time touring 5 places in Seoul; the best way to spend the long lay over and our guide, Joe, was knowledgeable and very funny. The next time I have another long lay over in Seoul, I will do the DMZ tour and hopefully with Joe as the tour guide.

  Our family had an amazing day with Kassy! While this tour was scheduled to go to a different city, because it was fully customizable we chose to pivot the trip just to stay in Busan which was no problem. I discussed our ideal itinerary in advance with the tour company and Kassy was fully in the loop when she reached out to let me know she’d been assigned to our family. She also let us know that there was one attraction we’d requested where the tickets were likely to sell out (Busan Sky Capsule). She sent us a link to buy tickets online and also offered to get them for us (which we did because I couldn’t figure out the link in Korean). It was so helpful that she was willing to do this. She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and planned a GREAT DAY for us. She also found us an amazing place for lunch, taking our food choices into consideration and we had a wonderful BBQ lunch in a private room for a very reasonable price. She checked all details with us in advance (including confirming the price) and we really appreciated her attention to our comfort. We were super happy with Kassy and our tour!!
