In Korea's seafood market, there are many seafood that are difficult to find in foreign countries. As a foreigner visiting Korea for the first time, it may not be easy to decide which seafood to enjoy and how to enjoy it. And it may not be easy to know how to enjoy various types of seafood.
Especially in winter, we use oysters, a special delicacy of winter, to prepare and serve foods that can only be enjoyed in winter, such as seasoned oysters and oyster pancakes.
Through my tour, I will provide services so that you can enjoy various types of Korean seafood under more reasonable conditions. We will also provide you with various information necessary for your trip to Busan.

Guests will have chance to see, touch and deal with local seafood.Guest will see around fish market and seaside park.Beside guest will have chance to have many pictures during program.Don't miss to deal with long legs octopus(small octopus), sea squirt and sea cucumber etc.It's not just about eating seafood, it's about touching and handling seafood during activity. According to your flavor, you will have chance to enjoy steamed scallops, stir fired comb pen shell, raw small octopus, calm soup and raw fish sashimi etc. I know that salmon sashimi or tuna sashimi is very common at western countries but rock fish sashimi or flounder sashimi is much more popular in Korea. Enjoy eating yellowtail sashimi in winter. Would you like to learn how to make delicious clam soup? I will let you know how to make good clam soup with Asian sauce. Do you want to enjoy seafood at a local restaurant on reasonable terms after participating in the market tour? If you participate in the market tour-only terms, I will help you purchase and enjoy seafood at the request of the participating customers after the tour.

Duration: 2 hours: We are going to meet at Jagalchi subway station Exit 2.

Market Tour: Agricultural Products Market + Jagalchi Outdoor Market + Jagalchi Indoor Market + Dried seafood Market.
Market Day off: The first and third Tuesday of every month is an indoor market holiday.
Korean Beef+Big Scallop : Korean Beef 200g+Scallop 500g with shell(4~5pcs) BBQ for each person
Duration: 4 hours: After enjoying your meal, if the customer wants, hike to the subway. Then it will be total 5hours.

Food shopping+BBQ party: We will buy beef and green vegetables at Homeplus and move to BBQ site in the forest.

Oncheonjang station Exit 3: We are going to meet at Oncheonjang Station Exit 3
Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes: The tour starts at 7 p.m. and finishes at 10:30 p.m. There is no auction on Saturday.
Not included: Customers can buy and eat what they want at the night market.Free time will be provided individually if needed.

Public Bus: During the tour, the group takes a public bus when they go to the observation deck in the middle of the mountain.
Meet at Jagalchi station : Meet me at exit 3 of Jagalchi Station.
Duration: 4 hours: About 2 hours round trip by bus from Hadan Station to the destination, and stay in anchovy Village for about 2Hours
Lunch Included: You can taste the menu developed using various seafood. One menu per person

Intercity Bus: Intercity Bus from Hadan station to Geojae. We are going to meet at Hadan subway station Exit 3. You will see Starbucks.
Fish Auction 9AM: To see the auction which starts at 9am, you need to take the bus which leaves at 7:40am from Hadan Station. Sunday No auction
Free interpretation service : After the tour, I can recommend seafood stores or restaurants and issue government seafood promotion discount coupon(10%).

No Food Serving by host: This option does not include cooking and serving seafood by host
Shuttle bus stop pick up: A free shuttle bus for cruise passengers stops at Exit 4 of Busan Station on Busan Line 1.
Not Private Tour: This tour is not a private tour by default. However, if there are four or more people in one group, it can be a private tour.
Duration: 4 hours
Lunch: Oyster pancakes and oyster soup with beer or soju. Please, See the photos registered for the tour.
Oyster village Tour: Hadan Subway station Exit3 on the Line 1-Oyster farm town and lunch-Hadan Subway station Exit3
Public Bus: Take bus from Hadan subway station. We will meet at Hadan subway station Exit 3 and take bus for the oyster village.
Busan Container terminal: You can also see the huge container terminal in Busan.
Meal after market tour: After the Jagalchi Market tour, the host makes and serves the food.

Suyang was an incredible guide and chef. He told us all we wanted to know about the fish market, provided all the food and drinks and made us feel right at home. The menu was deliciously prepared fusion fish and shrimp dishes and Korean snacks and appetizers. We also got to try some Korean drinks. He was always friendly, patient and understanding, since we had an infant with us. We asked for recommendations and he provided us with plenty, even sending us all the map locations and checking whether a particular restaurant would be open the following day by calling. It was a wodnerful experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, again, Suyang! Next time we'll definitely book your cooking class!

We were hosted by Suyang Chang and enjoyed an interesting tour of Korean seafood market followed by a seafood feast cooked by Suyang. Seafood market is huge with a stunning view of harbour on the top. Seafood dinner is delicious with a wide selection of sea urchin, sashimi, crab, scallop, shrimp, fish. The most delectable seafood I had in Korea. Highly recommended and an opulent orchestration of gastronomic success!

My husband and I found this to be a really unique way to experience enjoying the local seafood. Our guide was chatty and showed us around the market, giving interesting facts. The food was very tasty! I would recommend showing up hungry as we started eating from about 5 pm and continued for 3 hours.

Such an excellent experience! The Busan fish market is huge and fascinating, and Suyang made it so accessible. Suyan’s English is impeccable, and he provided so much helpful information, answered all of my many questions, and afterwards made a 5+ course dinner—from scratch! Everything was delicious, and I was thrilled to learn from Suyang. I’d highly recommend this to anyone touring Busan.
