5.00This place is truly what an amusement park should be!!! Bigger rides, making sure people quality 1st to ride and overall a fun atmosphere! Go on a Monday as u will have the place all to yourself. Buy the AYCE plan and eat every 90 minutes good idea(Disney) Sad that a few rides were down but during slow seasons guess thats the norm! Take the Serengheti Tour and feed Angel the Giraffe!! Lots of animals to view i love the zoo/amusement park option!! Go u won't be sorry!!!

4.00Not crowded at all thanks to a bit chilly weather. But sadly many rides were closed due to renovations. No lines so no need for quick que in middle of week first two weeks of December. Must do is all day dining already paid after first meal if bought during Black Friday deals.

Busch Gardens - Christmas town-Visit with Santa at the North Pole

5.00I love Busch Gardens, especially during the Christmas season. There are just so many fun things and activities to enjoy—from the winter ice-skating show to the Christmas lights, décor, Christmas train, and more. It’s so hard to beat! I really want to emphasize the top-notch experience we had during our visit with Santa at the North Pole. It felt so personal. They only allow one family or group at a time to enter Santa’s house, and they don’t rush you after seeing Santa. We visited the North Pole on the evening of 11/29/2025, and we were assisted by the elf “Mistletoe,” who was absolutely amazing. Her interaction with my three kids was so memorable—she made their pre-meeting with Santa magical and even more exciting. Santa was also incredibly kind, truly the best Santa we’ve met so far. He took his time talking with the kids, and they genuinely had a wonderful experience. For those visiting Busch Gardens with kids, I highly recommend including the North Pole in your trip.
School Trip Complications – Please Resolve

1.00I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment with the service my group received during our school trip to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay on November 21, 2025, and to request a refund for the three chaperone tickets our school was required to pay for due to errors made by your team. Prior to our visit, I contacted Busch Gardens directly to ensure all necessary steps were taken for a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with instructed me to complete the wrong form, which set off a chain of preventable issues upon our arrival. When we arrived at the park, the problems began immediately: Incorrect Order Date: Our order was inexplicably dated November 14, despite our documented request and confirmation being issued for November 21. This discrepancy created confusion and delayed our group’s entry. Chaperone Tickets Omitted: Although our group clearly registered as a high school—supported by our tax-exempt paperwork and a check issued directly from Coral Reef Senior High School—our order did not include the three complimentary chaperone tickets normally provided for youth groups. I was told this mistake occurred because the “wrong form” had been submitted, despite the contact information, tax status, and payment source clearly indicating a school group. Resolution Delays and Incorrect Guidance: I spent over an hour at the Will Call center attempting to resolve a situation that was caused by Busch Gardens’ own misinformation. Ultimately, I was told that my only option was to pay out-of-pocket for the three chaperone tickets, and that Group Sales would “send the credit back to the school” afterward. Contradictory Information from Group Sales Management: After ensuring our students were safely inside the park, I spoke with William, who identified himself as a Group Sales Manager. He stated that because the chaperone tickets had now been used, “there is nothing that can be done.” When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told she declined to speak with me and that I should “contact guest relations.” This experience was incredibly disheartening. The lack of care, accountability, and basic customer service displayed throughout this process is unacceptable—especially for a school group entrusted with the safety and well-being of students. Given the circumstances—and the fact that the errors originated entirely from Busch Gardens—I am respectfully requesting a refund for the cost of the three chaperone admissions that we were forced to purchase due to staff miscommunication and procedural errors.

3.00Park is nice with the animals and the train. Daughter waited over 2 hours for a ride, when wait times said 45 min. Horrible experience- the app wait times are not accurate.

1.00The worst theme park in Florida no doubt We had the worst experience ever at bush gardens, we travelled from Orlando on the bus, and we were hoping to have a really nice day, however we couldn’t of been more in the wrong. Let me start by saying the rides are good when they are working, but most of them were off! In 10 hours at the park we managed to do 2 rides, because the rest were delayed, and when they finally opened, the lines were so long, the amount of staff around the rides were totally unacceptable, I felt like I managed my own safety on the 2 rides I actually rode! The staff are so rude as well x I had 3 different encounters with disrespectful staff, all seemed not to care in the slightest, and I put this down to bush gardens training! The next thing I would like to state is the food is so bad! They try convince you your gettin a good deal on the all day dining, but the food stations are so irregular and the quality of the food is the worst I’ve ever eaten in Florida, nasty cold processed garbage at extortionate prices, a bottle of Powerade was over €8 and a coffee the same! The dining option is priced at $60 pp!!!!!! We decided to take a full day out of Orlando to come here, especially when I had such good memories here as a child, but this place has completely gone to pot! Nobody cares anymore! Rides are always down Staff are rude Food is so bad Everything is a ploy to take as much money as possible, including charging you for lockers! $15 for 2 hours!!!! It’s absolutely disgusting in my opinion! I thought sea world had gone down hill , but this place has taken it to a new level, never ever again will I return here!

4.00See the ice skating show if possible. It’s dazzling and highly professional. Staff at the park were friendly and helpful. If you’re a traveler with large bags ask them to store them in the security office. The lockers in the park are too small and they didn’t charge me for storage. My only complaint was that Viator didn’t provide information about park hours. The park opens at 9:00 but the Viator ticket wouldn’t get me in until 10:00. So I “had to” walk about a mile round trip to Dunkin’ for some coffee and blueberry munchkins. Also, it took three people in the ticket office to figure out how to use the Viator ticket.

1.00Our daughter purchased a $200 gift card for my husbands birthday on October 10th from the Busch Garden site. The gift card didn't work for parking or park entrance. Once in the park we tried it a restaurant and it still didn't work. We went to customer relations and they didn't seem to know what was wrong but took the card and issued a new one..ugh..that didn't work either...so we just used our regular card assuming where we live in Florida we would just use it another time. The next day when my husband checked on line it had a 0 balance. We suspect the manager did something shady...My husband has called multiple times and our daughter giving all the proper information..they have told her to file a police report....and or told us we had to go back to Busch Garden..we can do that as we do live in Florida but it is most inconvenient...We are very disappointed with Busch Gardens and this situation. I would say after this DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS ON LINE
