3.00It was supposed to be a 2 hour boat tour with a stop at the beach. We couldn’t stop at Lovers Beach because of the wind and dangerous waves which was out of their control. The boat tour was great but it was only an hour. Then we were taken back to the dock and that was it. No beach. And they didn’t communicate about what was going on. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend or do it again. I’d try a different tour.

1.00Horrible experience. The boats were so bad couldn’t even get decent pictures because we were all worried the boats were gonna tip over. Pay an extra dollar and go elsewhere. They didnt even let us go and swim like they advertised. Scammers don’t believe the reviews you see.

1.00If you’re going to post this publicly, I’d avoid calling out Saul by name or making claims that sound like accusations of criminal behavior. The funniest roasts land harder when they’re clearly about the experience, not personal attacks. Here’s a version that keeps the bite while staying review-friendly: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Booked through Viator expecting a 2 hour 45 minute boat experience. Apparently they were using dog years because the actual boat ride felt closer to 45 minutes. Finding the tour company was the first adventure. We arrived early for our 10th wedding anniversary with our two boys and spent a good chunk of time wondering if we’d been ghosted by our own excursion. The check-in table magically appeared about two minutes before departure, apparently operating on a “if you know, you know” system. Then came the photographer. At first I noticed a guy lurking around the meeting area who looked like he hadn’t fully recovered from whatever happened the night before. Turns out he wasn’t a random bystander. He was the photographer. Once on the boat, the experience shifted from “scenic tour of Cabo” to “awkward reality dating show.” Every couple was repeatedly instructed to kiss while photos were taken. Again. And again. And again. Half the trip seemed devoted to turning tourists into unwilling extras in a low-budget romance commercial. The scenery was beautiful. Cabo did its job. The photographer, however, seemed far more interested in creating an endless photo sales funnel than enhancing the guest experience. By the end, it felt like the boat ride existed primarily to manufacture photos rather than the photos existing to capture the boat ride. And speaking of photos: the pricing strategy deserves its own business school case study. Individual photos were priced like they were rare historical artifacts recovered from a sunken treasure ship. Negotiating for the full set felt less like buying vacation pictures and more like trying to recover hostages through a ransom negotiation. The saddest part is that Cabo itself is stunning. The ocean was beautiful. The arch was beautiful. The weather was perfect. But the experience felt rushed, overly sales-driven, and strangely uncomfortable at times. Viator really needs to do a better job vetting some of its third-party operators. When the most memorable part of a sightseeing tour is the aggressive photo hustle, something has gone sideways. Would I do it again? Only if the boat ride is longer, the photo sales pitch is shorter, and the photographer remembers he’s on a tour boat, not auditioning for a reality TV spinoff called “Cabo’s Next Top Salesman.”

3.00We booked this tour because it advertised not only seeing the Arch but swimming at Lovers Beach. Unfortunately, Lovers Beach was closed because of the waves and weather. We were given two other beach options, Pelican beach which you could snorkel or another one just for relaxing and swimming. We chose the swimming one because we did not have our own snorkel gear (wish we knew before hand). When they dropped us off at the swimming beach, we were greeted with some locals that helped us off the boat and then immediately expected a tip from us and they pushed selling an umbrella and drinks. It felt like a tourist trap and that we had no choice but to go this beach and get pushed to buy stuff. The boat tour was very quick they went by the arch and took a picture of you with their camera and then wanted $30 for a print. They didn’t stay long enough for anyone to get their own pictures, again another tourist trap! The arch was beautiful and the beach was nice but we felt bartered.

5.00We had an amazing time. Worth the money my only issue is, how pushy some of the people on the beach were wanting tips, and then being slightly disrespectful when you'd give them a tip acting like it wasn't enough.

3.00Check in process was good, staff on boat were nice, but we paid for a 2hr 45 min experience and got a 1hr experience because Lovers beach was closed. We were only told this after we woke up early, took a taxi and arrived at the marina. Ultimately, we would have cancelled if we’d known ahead of time. Also, no towels, water or snacks are provided. Again, was not told this till after we arrived.

4.00The booking was fine…TripAdvisor you should tell clients that the rentals of umbrellas & chairs are about 40! So they’re prepared….also they’re people on the beach selling water,fruit, coconuts.

5.00The water was beautiful and our tour guide was amazing. Make sure you take a lot of sunscreen and the public beach was great.
