Your cooking class is conducted by Chef Ari, who has trained at world class restaurants in San Francisco, Bangkok, and Paris. Chef Ari has extensive cooking experience with her own successful catering company and has also worked as a traveling chef by appointment.

Learn to cook new authentic Mexican dishes from the famous Chef Ari! During your cooking class you will participate in creating an authentic appetizer and entre with Chef Ari and enjoy your delicious meal after the cooking class. Group sizes of 4 to 10 are preferred. If you have a smaller or larger group please contact us to see if we can accommodate you. Chef Ari's cooking class is guaranteed to be a fun adventure you will take with you long after return home! The cooking class will be hosted at Chef Ari's beautiful home looking over the Pacific Ocean with views of Land's End in the distance. If you have a smaller group we will arrange a cooking class at your home or villa if you prefer. Please contact us regarding scheduling as we may be able to open up additional days and times to accommodate you. For an additional fee we can provide Margaritas for your group. Each pitcher of hand made Margaritas with top shelf 100% agave tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice with an additional fee per pitcher (approximately 6 margaritas per pitcher).

5.00One of the activities we enjoy on trips is a cooking class. With Chef Ari we learned how to make pico de gallo, stuffed chiles, salsa and flour tortillas. Her location in her home was ideal with a large modern kitchen and a very nice outdoor dining area with a view of the ocean. Everything we made was delicious, fresh and made with ingredients that are available at home. She is a great teacher, and gave many helpful tips to improve our cooking. We are going to try these dishes once we return. We recommend this great hands on cooking class with Chef Ari.

5.00Be sure and get your directions while you have working Internet before you go. Thankfully, Cami had sent us a screen shot of the map locating the house as we couldn’t access our map function on the way.

5.00Best day ever! Chef Ari is a fantastic hostess, chef, instructor and person! She has a great team that assisted from booking through dessert and we never wanted to leave. Her house, kitchen and outdoor dining area are incredible! Amazing views! We made a roasted salsa and chili rellenos - so tasty and we learned how to make these once we return home. Loved our day cooking, learning, eating and laughing - and custom cocktails from bartender Alex!

5.00We had the BEST time at the cooking class with Chef Ari! She is so sweet, personable, and made the whole experience unforgettable. If we’re ever back in Cabo, we will absolutely rebook. We learned to make flour tortillas, al pastor, and salsa—and enjoyed some incredible margaritas from Alex too! We can’t wait to see her business continue to grow.

5.00Such a wonderful time… Chef Ari was absolutely amazing! We learned to make Homemade tortillas and authentic enchiladas and guacamole. Her home was stunning and such an intimate and extremely fun excursion! Definitely would recommend!!!!!

5.00Chef Ari was so welcoming and her home was so beautiful. Great place to relax and enjoy the views. The cooking class was very chill and easy - mostly chopping but a great experience. We made a salsa and ceviche, then Ari did a demo to make the Al Pastor sauce. Lots of sampling along the way with some delicious margaritas.

5.00Went to Chef Ari with a family group of 9 ranging from 16 to 75+ and a terrific and delicious time was had by all! The place is clean and gorgeous. The staff was helpful without being overbearing and we learned to make delicious guacamole, fish tacos and tortillas. 100% would return for another fun afternoon. (And we can’t imagine eating dinner tonight we are so stuffed!)

5.00What a fun and informative experience. The head chef (Ari) was delightful, very articulate and entertaining. Food prep was not complicated but very good. The class/lunch was held in her home which was beautiful and perfectly suited for the class. We had four adult couples in our group and were joined by two sisters who were in town for holiday. Ari had plenty of help with two assistant chefs and a bartender that made good margaritas! The shrimp ceviche and the fish tacos we prepared were excellent. Even had an unexpected treat for dessert to celebrate my birthday. Would highly recommend.
