  They should make sure that they have a phone that works if they prepaid for the trip because I had to pay twice because I couldn’t get my phone to work. Now I’m gonna have to try to get my money back somehow.

  Normally we love a hop on, hop off bus. The bus audio and the staff were of the usual very high standard. Our issue is that the route is very short and comes back exactly that same way that it went so you see the same things twice. Cadiz is a very walkable town so we highly recommend saving your money and having a lovely walk, which we did after our bus tour. Definitely not worth the £ 48 it costs for 2 people who it’s an easy walk.

  It was very hot, about 40 degrees. We took the bus by the tour guide and by the air conditioning.. we were sweating the whole trip because the air conditioning practically did not work. The guide wasn't working either. Most of the plugs were broken and the few that worked made a lot of noise and practically did not listen. We were suffering all the way through the heat. At one point they made us get off the bus and onto another one that had no air conditioning or windows!!!! How can you be at 40° without windows and without air conditioning?? Travel madness. Paying 27 € per person for this??? I wouldn???t repeat or recommend it. Worst tour bus I've ever taken by far. I think for 54 € I could have taken a taxi and asked to be given a personalized tour of the best places in the city.

  We already used this bus in other cities, including Spanish ones, where it was well worth it. But here the Service was very bad. The app did not work so we could not confirm schedules. We waited 45 minutes for a bus and, on the return, after two stops we were informed that the bus would stay there and only 25 minutes from there we would have another. It was very expensive for the journey and consumed a lot of time. Do not forget that Cadiz in August has very high temperatures and therefore walking long trails is not easy. The ticket included a guided walking tour of the city that was very valuable and the guide was fantastic.

  I have used Hop On Hop Off busses all over…London, Barcelona, Athens ++ all very well worth the price. Unfortunately for Cadiz, it just wasn’t worth it, The town is small, the bus route is an out and back; not even a loop around town. Not many attractions to make it worth while. The bus only stays on the main route, can’t travel through the city. You are better off using the city bus; no different in having to find a seat on the bus and significantly less in cost. The town itself, charming and better viewed simply walking around.

  Melania served us, the treatment and attention were spectacular. We are a family of 5 and it's great. Advising us on schedules and places to see, and telling us about the possibilities of discounts in other cities using the same tourist bus service.
