Cai Rang Floating Market
At 5:00AM Depart from Ho Chi Minh City and relax on the 2.5-hour drive to Can Tho in the Mekong Delta. Along the way, we will stop by at a local restaurant for the breakfast if needed. Or we will come to the Cai Rang floating market and have breakfast there. At 8:00AM. Arrive Cai Rang Floating Market, you will have the opportunity to observe the lively bartering at the the most popular Floating Market of Cai Rang where vendors and buyers trading local agricultural products from their gardens. Navigate the water channels by boat and make your way around the Market to join the hustle and bustle of the locals. Discover how an authentic vermicelli soup dish from Vietnam is made before wandering through the village where you will get to visit the Fruit Garden, enjoy fresh tropical fruits. If you like, you can even pick and buy fresh seasonal fruits from the garden.
My Tho
After exploring the market. We'll traveling to My Tho where you'll board a traditional Mekong Delta boat for a scenic cruise on the Mekong River. You will pass by the Turtle, Dragon, Phoenix Islets and arrive at the Unicorn Islet. As you embark on this journey, you'll be captivated by the lush greenery and bustling river life. Continue your exploration by riding a traditional sampan boat through the narrow waterways with coconut palms lining both sides. This up-close experience allows you to appreciate the unique ecosystem and local way of life. Stop at a bee farm, savor honey tea, taste local fruits and enjoy traditional music performed by the villagers and learn about the daily life of the locals. Enjoy a local lunch with Vietnamese dishes (vegan food available) Relax and then head back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive approximately at around 4:45AM. We take you back to your hotel

5.00We got picked up at 5am from our hotel and started on our private tour. The van was big and clean. The tour was very informative and eye opening. We went to the chocolate factory and got to taste chocolate. Got to go onto one of the local home aka boat to have pineapple. The pineapple was so sweet and delicious. I would totally do this tour again.

5.00I was on a private tour with Simon who was great. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. This was a long day starting with a pickup at my hotel at 5AM, but as I expected, very well worth the time commitment to drive to the delta and see first hand the life and commerce conducted on the river. The tour was very interesting. The experience included various boats and locations which gave me a very varied view on this part of Vietnam. Both Simon and the driver we flexible and I was able to request a few small changes to the schedule so I could return to Ho Chi Minh City within my time frame. I 100% recommend this tour.

5.00My day started at 5:00 AM and from the moment our tour guide, Harry and driver Mr. Minh picked us up at the hotel, it was enjoyment and pleasurable. Harry was so friendly and professional. He made sure my husband and I had the most memorable tour we’ve had in a while. Harry deserves a 10 star review for the way he made us feel. He was personable, yet very respectful and kind. I wish everyone booking this tour has him as their tour guide. The mini van they picked us up in was comfortable and clean. I truly loved the amazing experience we had with Harry and Mr. Minh.

5.00Outstanding, well rounded, informative, entertaining full day led by toyr guide Bac. It covered Mekong river, floating market, bike ride through village, coconut factory, bee farm, rice noodles making, traditional music, etc. Bac was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and answered all my questions on history, politics, culture, religion. etc . I would recommend this tour whoever you visit Ho Chi min city .
