Disappointing experience

2.00We did get safely to our destination, but that’s the only good comment I can make. The company never communicated where to meet the driver. The just stayed at the airport. So we had issues finding our driver. The driver did not provide bottled water as promised and didn’t say more than 5 words the entire trip. Even when my husband tried to start conversations he just gave 1 word responses. Upon arrival at our apartment, he unloaded the bags and left. He didn’t say anything or even look at us.
