  The waters were choppy but Lincoln, Amelia and Luke took great care of us. I cramped in the water but that didn’t stop my tour! They towed me in the water and made sure I got to see the corals, turtles and many other underwater creatures! Highly recommend them!

  Pros: staff were stellar! Super friendly, super helpful and upbeat and really went out of their way to make the experience as awesome as possible. It was a sunny but windy day so the views going out were beautiful. The boat and equipment overall were in good shape and the wet suits and pricing were very reasonable. Cons: the winds were 22kts and so the choppy ocean made the ride out and the snorkeling experience pretty rough. My constructive solution is that they should advise the customers when the wind is over 10-15kts and give them the option to cancel with a refund. Our snorkeling experience was more a survival swim rescuing downed pilots at sea with our four children versus an enjoyable scenic snorkel. The crew as awesome as they were spent most their time rescuing folks who decided after jumping in that they didn't want to save jack from the sinking titanic. The company should also give a better breakdown of the process. I called ahead to ask do we bring a change of clothes, a towel? Do we change on the boat or at the shop? Answers are: wear your swim suit, bring a towel. You will change at their shop into a short sleeve wet suit.(if u rent one, highly recommend it)They give you a dry bag to put your belongings and towels in.

  My family with other group of friends booked the journey but had difficult time in locating the correct pick up point, because of which we missed out. I tried reaching out to customer service but was met with unpleasant response. It was not one or two people, there were total of 8 people. The service provide should atleast have courtesy to reach out to the customer. It was our first time visiting Cairns and since we were not familiar with places and expected the service provider would reach out to help but it was not the case. Frankly speaking, I was disappointed with the service and support.

  Great trip! Strongly recommend that no one eat before getting on the boat, that is just common sense. Wonderful crew and saw cool creatures while snorkeling! And great pics posted for us to download too. Highly recommend this half day snorkeling tour.
