5.00The mini bus was easy to find at the airport just outside the exit. The driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We will use this service for our return trip from Banff to Calgary.

3.00Shuttle didn’t show up. After the allotted pick-up time, a representative called me and said they were sorry, it was their fault, and they would get me a ride. An hour+ later, a driver from another company came to pick me up and informed me that they do this when there is only 1 traveler— not worth their resources to take me, so they pay a 3rd party to do so. I am appreciative that they did get me to where I’d paid to go, but frustrated that it was 1.5 hours later than expected.
