A perfect tour with Aaron as guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The visited sights were very picturesque. We were also lucky spotting some wildlife. The food stop was also very convenient with a selection of cafes and a grocery. He adapted the tour in the end also to the wishes of the group. What was very kind.

They tour company changed the tour and they didn’t let us know in advance. They told us Moraine Lake was temporarily closed but it was not, because a friend of mine was there last week. They took us to some other lakes but not worth the visit /price. (We were most excited in Moraine Lake than anything else) The driver Aaron was super friendly and he didn’t know what the website advertises, so not his fault.m. But if you want to experience a great tour, do yourself a favor and pick another shuttle company.

Rain and snow were a downer but the scenery still had something to offer. Lake Moraine was still closed for the winter so that was a bummer.

This is a long overdue review of my Banff day trip I took in mid August 2024: Our driver and guide, Li Gin was great! He was gentle speaking, informative and drove so smoothly. He gave us fun facts about the landmarks we passed through Calgary and Alberta during the drive to and from. He even gave us free water bottles! Lunch was not covered on the trip but we stopped at an area that offered diner food, sandwiches and asian food. We went on a rare "unlucky" rainy day during the summer, but it wasn't bad at all. In fact, the mist and clouds along the snow capped mountains added to a very dreamlike visit. My favorite lakes were Emerald Lake and Moraine Lake. The photos I featured are unedited and yes the water really looked like that!! SO stunning, if I ever come back I'd want to hike along the Lake Louise trail. Highly recommend taking this tour and making beautiful memories!!
