  Teddy was our tour guide. Had a mini van maybe max 10 people on the tour. He was on time and picked me up at my Calgary city center hotel at 7h30 am. Teddy played great music during the drive. First stop was Johnston canyon for a hike and see the frozen falls. Hike respected everyone pace. Fast hikers could walk further if they wanted. Next was Lake Louise. Had enough time to walk on the lake (winter) and visit the Fairmont hotel. Seemed like the timing during the day was perfect for pictures with the sun being at perfect height. Next was Banff where we had 2 hours. Teddy made suggestions of restaurants and shopping. The tour ended with Surprise corner and Bow river . I would definatly recommend this tour, this was my first time in Calgary and the Rockies. Hopefully I will be back in Calgary and will book the Gondolas this time. Great value for a whole day tour plus transportation. Was back at the hotel at around 6:30pm. TIP: windows in the van get frosted in very cold weather. I sat in the front passenger seat so saw everything during the drive. Other wise you need to scrape the windows pretty often, but Teddy did that at every stop.

  I am very happy that I booked this tour. Teddy was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much interesting information about the attractions, the history of Highway 1 in Canada, and even animal care, which made the experience even more engaging. He is also an excellent driver and a talented photographer, always helping us capture great moments. The itinerary was very well planned, with a good pace and thoughtful stops. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this tour to others.

  Such an amazing day!! We had dreamed of seeing Banff and this didn’t disappoint! Angel was an amazing tour guide - so informative and friendly. Would absolutely book with this company again!

  Angel from Rocky Mountain Trips took us to Banff National Park yesterday (22 Jan 2026) and he was born to be a travel guide! He took us to the very best winter locations for photos, he took us for a hike in Johnston Canyon, he brought water, he stopped for plenty of washroom and snack breaks, he shared his vast knowledge and great sense of humor, he provided ice cleats for the hike, he was awesome. I would recommend this day trip for anyone! All the stars!!!

  This tour was the best way to explore a part of the Rockies! Our Tour Guide Teddy was on time and ready with a smile when we arrived. The bus was very comfy (Better than most ive been in) and there were seatbelts and charging stations. I brought my headphones but Teddy had some great music playing. From the beginning to the end of the trip Teddy was very informative on telling us where and what we were going to do. He also had a lot of knowledge of of all the history along the way informing us about the mountains and animals and where things originated ... it was awesome and being born and raised here there was a lot I didn't know. Our first stop was Johnston Canyon than Lake Luise and Banff (Skijoring was going on and it was still easy to get in find parking and watch the show !) . Throughout the whole trip Teddy stayed with us , chatted with everyone and made sure we wore proper gear when needed and where to go. The sights were beautiful and my kids had a blast stopping at each place. We had two hours in Banff and got some awesome food at The Boss restaurant. The best part of the trip was being able to sit back and relax and enjoy the trip for once with my boys instead of driving . It was great and I highly recommend this tour group!!!
