Upon your arrival at the airport, please proceed at our check-in counter at the Ground Transportation Booth between Exit Door 4 and Exit Door 5 on the Domestic Arrival Terminal. If our representative is not present, feel free to proceed to the pick-up location at least five minutes before scheduled departure time. Pick-up location at the airport is at Bus Bay/Pillar #15, opposite of Exit Door 4 on the Domestic Arrivals Terminal. Your friendly local driver will welcome you with a smile and assist you with your luggages. The trip will have a couple stops along the way before arriving at the final stop and will take approximately 2 hours. We wish you a safe and wonderful trip as we cannot wait to bring you to the majestic Canadian Rockies.

3.00Travelers note...if you are meeting this Fairy Bus shuttle at YYC, be sure to go to the lowest level of the airport and then cross the traffic lanes to find the meeting place. When I originally couldn't find the meeting place, the customer support for this ride was awful...no-one to answer the phone; received a call-back from an answering service and when call was cut off, no-attempt to contact me again. The driver was friendly and very conscientious about looking for passengers who were supposed to be on this shared ride. Several passengers didn't make the ride...could be because they didn't have time to explore YYC (or future stops along the way) looking for the Fairy bus like I did. Once we arrived in Banff, the driver tried to be helpful but didn't seem to know much about the area. ???
