Thar Desert

Travelers will be taken from hotel deep into the Thar Desert where they will be meet by the guide and the camels at the village. From there , customers can ride the camels for a few hours. They will see sand dunes , natural ponds , desert animals , villages and beautiful landscapes. In the evening beds are provided you will sleep under the stars as the weather is ideal then. Dinner will be cooked by the guide on a campfire , and will be traditional Rajasthani food. In the morning you will have tea and breakfast , and have the option to ride for half a day and go back to hotel , or spend another full day and night in desert. How many days you want to do is flexible.

I am so happy that we go with this company. It was so good. The food was very good and also the guide make wonderful atmosphere. Was amazing. I totally recommend ❤️❤️

This camel tour is excellent! The dinner was also really delicious. Furthermore You can enjoy the sunrise from your bed! I can recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place to be , everything was so nice and organised .Staff and local folks over there were so friendly and welcoming. Had a great one night stay over there, worth remembering!

This was my first time to Jaisalmer and really wanted to do a camel safari. So was apprehensive about my decision in who to go with camel safari wala. I can honestly say my experience with this safari was everything. I he'd expected , and more! From the moment we reached the dunce in a jeep I didn't see any other tourists and hed such an authentic experience, the food was plentiful and so testy too! Sleep under of star's. I would highly recommend camel safari wala anyone coming to Jaisalmer...

To travel to the Thar desert, with such an expert crew of tour guides was a dream come true. Poonam Dan was my guide and he knew all the history of the area, Plus was able to organise such wonderful exchanges with the local community where I experienced the heartfelt hospitality of the locals-being invited into Poonam’s friends homes eating their Chapatis and listening to local musicians play the Traditional folk music of Rajasthan.(which so moved me- it made me cry .. with ecstasy!! ) Then to ride on a camel into the dessert , where camp was set up for me, was the cherry on the cake!- The dessert of my trip to Rajhastan which also included Udaipur and jaipur- and was also guided by this Company- In the dessert -Poonam cooked local foods over an open fire under the stars and told stories of the history of the Thar tribes and the battles of long ago- a very memorable night was had. And here is where I slept looking up at the stars so wondrous and like nothing else Id ever seen in Australia- Poonam made me feel safe and was always polite and honest about costs and very helpful when it came time to leave- because he also booked my bus train and air travel out of Rajasthan and personally took me to the bus station. I felt very spoilt to have a guide who could let me feel the local culture whilst translating and making bookings etc so much easier than if I had been completely on my own . I cannot recommend this travel company highly enough !! - Poonam and he’s team CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT!- Lol- So If Rajasthan is on your itinerary -BOOK NOW !

It s great experience. The program was excellent and d food served was delicious. We must come Once again.. Superb service by the staff n the drivers . Picked up from station n dropped off. i wish best of luck for the business by maintaining the good quality.

We were very happy to book safari with camel safari wala. Very Authentic good camel safari. We spent 2 days and 2 night in desert and saw lots of animals dunes. Our sleep was magic. Under the stars. The safari were so nice and teach us how to make chapati and tea and vegetables. We're pleasant smiling. This best camel safari ever. See village life.

At the beginning of December 2019, I booked one of the Camel Safaris of this company. It was a nice trip and you can see the beauty of the desert and enjoy the piece and silence at the place. The Tourguides are really friendly and told me information about the desert, plants and animals there as well as how people in the desert villages are living. For me it was really exciting to ride on a camel and to see how easy it is(the animals are really good trained). In the night we stayed at a camp on a comfortable bed and we could see the sky and the stars. You can have good conversations with other participants off the tour and the guides. Food gets cooked on a campfire and you can watch how the traditional Rajasthan dishes are made. I can recommend this camel Safari to every nature lover or to anyone who needs some time of from his stressful work.
