  One of the very few reliable tour operators in Kuala lumpur! They arranged a customized private tour for us, and atleast actually promised what they said they would deliver. This same tour got canceled twice without notice from other tour companies booked through Viator, completely disrupting our plans and schedule. If I knew they would be this efficient I would have booked all my tours with them from the start!. I highly recommend that you book all your tours directly with them and even customise the tours they way you want them. Very affordable and great tour guides.

  We drove with Rama, he was an excellent driver and guide. The Trip to the teeplantages was very impressive. He picked up early in the morning, because of the traffic jam and stipped at every scienic place. Everything was realy perfect. Thank you.

  I recently embarked with my boyfriend on a last-minute tour and couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. Despite booking just a day prior, the organization was seamless. Our driver's charm and expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to the journey. He skillfully navigated through holiday traffic, ensuring we maximized our time and didn't miss any of the scheduled sights.   We booked two tours with Kuala Lumpur tours. The Batu caves and fireflies and a whole day tour to Cameron heights. We booked the tours before we left for our holiday, only paid a deposit by Paypal then paid the balance to the guides. Our guides Edward and Hema were brilliant, punctual, friendly, helpful and well informed we felt very safe on the tours. I would highly recommend this Kuala Lumpur tour,

  Avoid this tour at all costs! It claims to be a ten hour tour - we were on the road for about 12 hours and didn't even get to visit a whole bunch of places that were promised on the tour. The traffic in Cameron Highlands was appalling which is a key part of the issue - when we got to the yummy lunch stop, we were told that, if we continued on the tour, we would likely be back at our hotel around midnight. Admittedly, we chose not to continue because we didn't want a 17 hour day with a very early morning planned for the following morning, but the tour company should be aware that what they are promising isn't able to be delivered the tour guide/driver told us the traffic happened every day and the tours always run overtime as a result. Anyway, below is a list of the places that are advertised to be visited. I've mentioned next to each whether they were or weren't.
  North South Highway Drive Past - done
  Handmade Basket Factory Visit Stop - not visited, the driver didn't know anything about it
  Lata Iskandar Waterfall Photo Stop - done
  Aborigines Village Visit Stop Blow Pipes Demonstration - we visited an Aborigines Village. The Blow Pipes Demonstration was promised later in the day at a different location and at an additional cost. We ended up saying no because we knew at this stage that we were going to arrive late back in KL already.
  BOH Tea Plantation Visit Stop - done
  BOH Tea Factory Visit Stop - done
  Vegetable Farm Visit Stop - not done, it was beyond our lunch stop
  Vegetable Market Visit Stop - not done, it was beyond our lunch stop
  Strawberry Farm Visit Stop done, although we weren't able to pick strawberries because they were out of season
  Butterfly Garden Visit Stop - not done, it was beyond our lunch stop
  Honey Bee Farm Visit Stop - this is the same stop as the strawberry farm
  Cactus Garden Visit Stop - not done, it was beyond our lunch stop
  Bharat Tea Plantation Photo Stop - this is a stop on the side of the road if you request it from the driver and he is able to find a parking spot

  Like I said - save your money, this tour does not deliver what it promises. You will only walk away disappointed.
