1.00This activity does not leave from the main cruise port in Cyprus. It leaves from a marina. Even though I asked the operator if my cruise came in to the pick up spot and he agreed, it was not the right port and he was an hour away. I know that I should have done my research too but when asking an operator of a tour who is from that country if cruise ships come in to his port, you would think that you would get an honest answer or at least a heads up to make sure. On all of our other excursions the operators did this and made sure we were in the right place. The worst part is we paid 474.00 for the excursion and couldn’t go on it and Viator or the operator refused to give us our money back or at least half since it was my mistake too. He wanted to charge us 200.00 more to come and pick us up two hrs away from the tour and only see the places for 2hrs which was a 7hr tour. Sadly, I don’t recommend this tour or using Viator. Very disappointed in the service and helpfulness of the both companies. All the operator had to say was please make sure your cruise boat comes into our port. I booked months in advance. My first question when communicating with them was do you pick up at the cruise port and they said yes at Lanarca port so I assumed that was the countries cruise port. Just be cautious and do your research. Very disappointed.
