Experience the Cape peninsula like no other way. From the back of a state of the art trike with the wind and sun in your face. This has got to be one of the most scenic marine tours and you will get to see, feel and smell all that mother nature can offer you. This tour starts at Cape Town and winds its way all the way along the Atlantic Seaboard to Hout Bay, over Chapmans Peak drive (if open) all the way to Cape Point. The return is via Boulders penguin colony, Simonstown, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, Boyes drive with a final stop at Rhodes memorial. A must for nature lovers.

Depart from your hotel in Cape Town around 9am and travel via V&A Waterfront, through Sea Point, Bakoven, Camp Bay with a photo stop above llandudno. Down to Hout Bay harbour and then travel up Chapmans Peak, rated as the second most scenic marine drive in the world, (if open) and stop for a photo stop on the pass. We then ride down through Noordhoek, to Kommetjie, Misty Cliffs to Cape Point (entry excluded) for a lunch stop. From Cape Point, travel to Simonstown and the Boulders Penguin Colony. From there you will travel through Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay over scenic Boyes drive with a photo stop above Muizenberg. From there onto the M5 with a stop at Rhodes memorial. Drop off at your hotel around 5pm where your tour will conclude.

5.00What an incredible experience! It was totally amazing to experience our beautiful Cape Town from this point of view. We arranged this tour as an early birthday present for my special needs son. Willem went out his way to assist me with my son. The Cape Town weather forced us to make some route changes. Willem handled that like a pro. Then we had the Tokia fire, with firefighting helicopters and fire brigade with blaring alarms. Extremely exciting! The views from Chapman's Peak, Hout Bay and Camps Bay, did not disappoint. I can highly recommend Willem. He was professional and very accommodating towards our son. He is an excellent driver and always ensured our safety and comfort. My son can't keep talking about the ride, Willem. You definitely made a huge impression.

5.00What an experience. Was able to see Capetown far better than in a car. The Trike is amazing exciting I felt comfortable and safe with Willem driving. This is a very different and exciting experience to do in the beautiful Cape.

5.00Not normally one to do web reviews but have to make an exception here. We didn’t do this specific tour as we did the booze cruise version. However I have to say both my wife and I had a fantastic experience. Willem is a great guy, funny, knowledgable with great stories. Highlight of the holiday (which is a tough win given the great place it is). 5 stars.
We recommend this tour to each and everyone. The tour guide give you so much information that you didn't know.

5.00We decided to take this full day trip with Willem after having an absolutely terrific Chapmans Peak Sunset tour with him the evening before. We both had such an exhilarating, exciting, thrilling time seeing the scenery with the breeze on your skin on this magnificent Trike. Willem is a great character, an extremely knowledgeable tour guide, a fantastic story teller and a very, very funny guy. Belly aching laughs were had. The world famous comedian Billy Connolly did Route 66 on this very make of a Trike made by Boom in Germany!! We would highly recommend putting this experience on your bucket list! It will most likely go down as one of the best, most memorable experiences of your life, it has for us. We wish you an abundance of success Willem. Andrew & Sinéad.

5.00Amazing day out on the trike with Willem! We booked the Cape Peninsula tour at the very last minute and had such a great time. My wife and I dont usually do private tours but were so glad we booked this and spent a full day doing this tour on our short stay in Cape Town. You get to see so much, and in such a unique way. The Boom trike was really cool...so much so, I think more people were taking photos of us than we were taking photos of the scenery! There were lots of stops on the way, we could take the tour at our own pace and spend as long at each stop as we wanted. Willem had a great level of knowledge into the area, and also shared some fascinating stories about South Africa and his time growing up there. If we're ever back in Cape Town, we'll be sure to book another tour with Willem.
Willem was great all through the day.The Trike bike was comfortable & a lot of fun. We saw everything we wanted to do.

5.00From pick up to drop off what can i say Willem was excellent communicated everything to the finest detail driving around was so cool we felt like movie starts been honked at and waved at the scenery was spectacular so breathtaking I could stay forever if your in capetown do your self a favour and book a tour it's the only way to see cape town

5.00Starting from Hout Bay we had a great ride out over the mountains and down by the sea. Local knowledge always appreciated and Willen happy to tailor the day to our requirements, knowing that we would enjoy a familiar area (outstanding views) from an exciting perspective. Highly recommend.
