  We are staying on the Lyra Grandeur ship, lovely 5 star experience. Day trip today to local village and swimming in the most beautiful beach today as well on Ha Long Bay. Special mention to our guide “ Nolan” amazing young man, with so much local knowledge and his English was perfect. This young man should get a raise as he is that good, and Capella cruises would be crazy to let him go anywhere else.

  Thank you for the nice cruise!! We had a very good time We loved tea ceremony with 𝕋𝕚𝕞𝕞𝕪. We learned a lot from 𝕁𝕚𝕟'𝕤 explanation of the Viet Hi Village and the rare monkeys at halong bay! Thank you again. From Japanese August 2nd to 3rd, 2025

  This was absolutely fabulous. The boat was incredible and my room just luxury with a bathtub view and roomy sundeck of the award winning landscape. Food was incredible and so much of it. Standout by far is the exception crew - what a bunch of legends and they work tirelessly to create the best experience possible and going beyond with extra detail around my birthday - thank you This is an absolute must do and I highly recommend the Capella with its water slide and chill pool at the back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Great experience on the Dora cruise. Great staff, especially Julie. The room and boat in general were clean and comfortable. The bed was a little too hard for my liking but that's a minor detail. The activities were great. The scenery was amazing

  We had the most incredible experience on this cruise. The facilities were amazing and the staff were amazing. Our children absolutely adored them. Chris, Gin, Timmy & Tommy’s service from beginning to end was faultless. Gin joined us for a private day trip which was fantastic & Chris spent an afternoon on the waterslide with the kids - they had a ball. At meal time Timmy looked after us each & every time with the most sincere customer service I have received. Once again he was fabulous with the children. All of the staff go above and beyond. The rooms, meals and activities onboard are all definitely 6 star. We cannot recommend this cruise highly enough and will certainly be back!

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Carefree Cruising with Capella

  Even before we got there we had an extremely helpful person in Kate Nguyen, she went over and beyond to assist us and answer all of our questions. The boarding and disembarkation was flawless, the crew seemed to take every little problem in their stride. The cabin was absolutely amazing and spacious. All of the food on board was delicious and very well presented and cooked, with a large variety. Although we weren’t traveling with children, we noticed the crew were wonderful with kids and the kids loved them. Lots of activities for everyone. We had a very relaxing and stress free holiday and would recommend this cruise line to everyone. The crew were wonderful thank you Chris, Tom, Gin and Alex

  The cruise manager ensured every detail was perfect, offering a serene and quieter alternative to the bustling Ha Long Bay. The boat was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. An extra day allowed us to enjoy a fantastic kayaking trip to a hidden beach and an undiscovered cave. The food was exceptional, especially the local lunch on the second day. This journey was truly unforgettable, thanks to the impeccable service and stunning natural beauty
