5.00Absolutely beautiful! Smooth and enjoyable event run by Turquiose balloons. Prompt pick up in the morning; coffee, tea and pastries and biscuits whilst watching the balloon set up; smooth flight; Champaign and cake at touch down!

5.00Communication was really good. We got the times of pickups as promised. Picked up and taken to their lovely office and offered a really tasty breakfast of croissants fresh fruit tea and coffee with a variety of juices. We had a lovely welcome and given our pilots name. Sadly it was too windy in the end and Turkish Aviatiin cancelled all balloon flights that day. The company handled it perfectly. They kept us updated throughout the process and once cancelled offered full refunds or rebooking. Because it’s peak season we could not rebook for the next day as it was already fully booked. I got my refund confirmation ( through Viator ) later that day. Professional company with lovely staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with them again.
