  Alyssa and the Miles were 10/10!!! We booked this super last minute like the night before and it was the best time/ money spent! We were the youngest couple amongst more seasoned individuals but man did we still have a time! Book it!!!

  Omar and Alyssa were excellent, skillful guides! They were so kind and made it a very fun experience! With three different families/groups, the atmosphere was awesome! We saw turtles and lots of fascinating fishes!! Great lunch, drinks and also loved stopping at Pinel island.

  We had a fantastic day with Omar & Alyssa on the tour today. First we stopped at a beautiful island and snorkeled in calm water for a bit with some sweet turtles. Next we explored a reef and spotted many little tropical fish. After we landed at our next stop we were surprised to see that a little squid (octopus?) had jumped on our boat! Needless to say that was an adventure in itself!! Thanks for taking such great care of us. It was even more fun than we expected!

  This was a professionally managed and very fun adventure. The captain and first mate (Omar and Alyssa) were highly talented and handled the boat with ease. We felt very well cared for throughout the day…from snorkeling tips, to a guided reef tour, to delicious sandwiches and frosty cold beverages. I highly recommend Captain Alan’s Adventures!

  Experience was more than our expectations. Adam and Omar was great at their job, keeping everyone safe and entertained. Views above and under water were spectacular.

  I did a four-hour snorkel trip, with visits to two snorkel sites and also a beach. Everything was as advertised. I was on a cruise ship but I didn't want to do a ship excursion. They tend to use big boats and cram people on. This tour was just 14 of us, which made getting into and out of the water easy. The snorkel spots were not crowded, so it was easy to move around and look for fish and turtles. For anyone wondering about doing this from a cruise, the boat is in a marina a 20-minute or so ride from the port. Captain Alan was careful to verify that the return time would be early enough for me. A return time of 2 PM and all aboard of 5:30 left me plenty of time to spare. Even so, he called for my return taxi as soon as we docked at the marina. The first stop was to look for sea turtles. They're wild creatures, so you never know if you'll see them. But we did! A few of us followed a green sea turtle for several minutes as it meandered over the grass on the seabed. The second stop was a reef, where we saw a variety of fish including a barracuda. The third stop was at a beach. The boat anchored and we could jump off and wade ashore. For lunch we had fresh sandwiches--literally fresh-made on the boat, plus water, soft drinks and beer. They're careful about collecting used cans and bottles right away, so nothing falls into the sea. The equipment was in excellent condition. They provide noodles for anyone who wants a bit of help floating, but they don't have the vests that some boats use. We were told the best places to look for sealife. The only potential negative is that it's a fairly long boat ride to the snorkel spots, and they use power boats. The boat slaps the waves and people at the back may get splashed. It didn't bother me, but if you don't like bouncy boat rides, you might not enjoy that part of the experience.

  Captain Alan was very accommodating for my poor planning. I booked for when our cruise ship was in port prior to departing. Cruise line changed the timeline and we were no longer able to do our reserved 6 hour tour. Captain Alan made arrangements for us to go on the 4 hour tour instead. Very professional and helpful.

  Originally booked the 8 hr trip to Anguilla but due to weather we wound up being rescheduled for the 4 hr snorkeling trip a few days later. We had a fantastic day on the water with Miles and Alena, who were both energetic and entertaining. We made three great stops, swam with the turtles, had some sandwiches and beers, and got lots of sun.
