Almost all the trips that go to the Bucegi Natural Park are made from the part of Sinaia, which is the tourist part and where there are always large crowds both people and traffic.

We prefer to start the excursion on the opposite side, the west side of the Bucegi, which is the authentic, wild part, where you really enjoy nature and where, apart from shepherds with their herds of cows and sheep, we rarely find other people .

Bucegi Mountains

Excursion designed to enjoy a day in high mountain with spectacular landscapes. We will make a circular route that begins and ends in the village of Moeciu de Sus: Bucegi Natural Park - Gutanu - Poiana Gutanu - Şaua Strunga - Şaua Strungulita - Varful Bucşa - Bucegi Natural Park. Technical characteristics of the excursion: Circular route, approximate distance 15 kmts. Total ascent: + -950 m. Total descent: + -960 m. For this excursion, a good physical preparation and adequate mountain equipment (mountain boot, waterproof clothing, ...) is essential.

About Nacho and Ioana we could say how well we have organized the visit to the mountain that we had scheduled, it has been 10, but really what we take them has been their affection, if I treat close, their advice and their stories of Romania because they have a magnificent memory. As for the food, what can we say, it has been magnificent, we have tasted cheeses and cold cuts from the area, we have tasted the local wine that was spectacular and we have tasted a roast of milky beef with a mashed potatoes and a Romanian dessert that we did not know and was very good. In addition we have visited some local artisans and very interesting people in the area, which contributes to the local economy which is very laudable. What to say, as we have said, we hope to see you soon in Spain. Super recommended.

We did several hiking trails with Nacho, one of them this one. At all times he showed knowledge of the surroundings as well as watching over us making sure we were okay. One of the days I didn’t see myself able to do the route because of an old injury and it gave us the option to make a route easier and also beautiful. We also carry out several cultural tours with him, he knows perfectly the history and traditions of Romania as well as being a great photographer, we take for Spain a great report. It also has a very outgoing and affable character and the days are very fun. He also helped us by planning the rest of our trip to Romania without asking for anything in return. Nacho has been the best guide I have ever had, I definitely recommend it

Nacho is a very good person and a very good guide. He is kind, pleasant and jovial. Without their help, we would not have been able to discover Romania's most beautiful and hidden natural sites. His routes through the Carpathians were created by him and are unique and original. Hiring their services was the best decision of our vacation. He was really good to us and helped us with everything we needed during the route and afterward. We will definitely enjoy your company again. We are very grateful and highly recommend them.

Nacho is a fantastic guide. He is attentive, friendly, with a great sense of humor, honest and noble. He treated us exquisitely. His routes are original, it is highly recommended to contact him. He guided us through trails where the views of the Carpathians were unique. He also selflessly helped us with our visit to Sibiu, he's a great guy. I recommend anyone visiting the Bucegi or Piatra Craiului nature parks to hire their services.

Special recommendation to Nacho, Hello Transylvania, to anyone visiting Romania, especially if it is for the first time. They have great flexibility to organize a trip tailored to us giving the possibility to combine visits to cities and most relevant historical centers, castles, religious centers, etc., with our other passion, the practice of hiking and mountain in the Carpathian mountains in Transylvania. All a luxury was to visit Romania my wife and I with the pleasant and best company provided by our guide Nacho.

Our day with nacho began by picking us up in Brasov, until we reached the area where we trekked through the carpaths of Romania, it could not have been better. Due to the snowy weather and our needs, I adapt the route, going by accessible ground and seeing the very impressive gorges that I attach in the photos. After this, he took us to the last mountain village, where he lives, and made us homemade and traditional food from the area, at home with his nice family. After this, he brought us back to Brasov to continue our journey. Recommended 100%

My son and I had 2 guided walks with Nacho, in the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi Mountains. Nacho was lovely and friendly; a real character. He was very considerate and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks. Nacho was a great guide, and fun company, with lots of information about the area and its history. Would thoroughly recommend

Great experience with Nacho. We were 12 people with him and his agency. Impeccable management of the entire trip with an itinerary different from the classic one offered by other agencies, as it combines excursions and rural accommodation with typical visits. Nacho has been a very good guide and knows the area and its history perfectly, he was flexible with our needs and was very attentive the entire time. 100% recommended and we would repeat with him without hesitation.
