5.00The experience was phenomenal; Diana made us feel that my reservation was her priority from the very first moment I made it. She sent us a small gift for our anniversary. Now, talking about our driver Luis, he was very attentive, very special, and extremely detail-oriented; most importantly, his knowledge about the city and its key points was extraordinary.

5.00I cannot recommend this vendor enough. I initially connected with Diana for the Private City Tour and she became my personal concierge for our entire trip. I trusted her to book absolutely everything for our 5-day stay in Cartagena (airport transfers, daily driver, private massages, and restaurant reservation) for our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 small children); she found vendors that were top notch, as well as got as the best possible deals. Not only did we have a fantastic city tour, but we left Cartagena feeling pampered. Specific to this tour, drivers were great, spoke English very well, and cars were in perfect condition. It's the best way to see Cartagena as a family with small children -- avoid walking in scorching heat!
