1.00Ridiculous company. I was left unanswered for more than a week in the Get your Guide app. Today I got a contact in a chat from the company's website, was answered in a very poorly polite way that if I was scheduled I would be searched at the hotel. Lost 8 hours for the tour they canceled. Lack of professionalism and left me in the hand. You guys are ridiculous.

3.00The driver took us to the places we wanted to go to. The Bardo museum was fantastic. Being elderly and a bit disabled we stayed just one and a half hours. We didn’t want to get out at Sidi bou said but had a drive round. Make sure you have all details and itinerary on your phone as there was argument over the admission tickets. They were advertised as included but denied by the driver and company. It was sorted eventually. The young driver had limited English and the traffic was chaotic. We hit a metal bar in the road but fortunately the car was undamaged on inspection.

5.00The tour went well overall. Our driver Adem was very friendly and helpful, gave us facilities for everything. You see a lot of things and it's great. Things to improve: I missed more stops in the ruins of Carthage, it is clear that on such a tour you can not see everything, but I would have liked, for example 6 stops instead of 4, and so I could see the bathrooms of Antonino and The Cemetery that we did not see. Otherwise, great.
