4.00The bus driver dropped us off at a square and did not say that the bus would continue to the tour meeting place….even when i directly asked him how we got there. Other than that, it was very informative.

1.00I was very disappointed in this tour. We started 25 minutes late then headed to the mosque. While the 'guide' at the mosque was humorous (he wasn't the driver or the guy that went with us after we left) he didn't tell us much about the mosque but alot about the religion. Once we were in the mosque it was very disorganized about how we were supposed to gather. We wasted about an hour and a half there when we could have seen it in under 30 minutes. After that we just drove around neighborhoods / walked a small dead end street to see olive vendors / walked around a block to see nothing / went to a cathedral you couldn't go in / took us to a tacky tourist shop then to lunch we had to pay for. If we ever return I'll do something different.

5.00The sites were beautiful, driver (Naciri) and tour guide (Mohammed) were excellent and highly recommend.. Communication before hand was brilliant. We felt safe and secure throughout. One negative would be the visit to the fish market, this is of no interest to me and being allergic to seafood made my stomach turn at the thought of it

3.00After communication with the tour operator, we were told they would be there at the port with our names on a board. After getting off the ship, there was nobody there. We decided to get on the cruise shuttle. We came into the town square by cruise shuttle and on arrival were swamped with taxi drivers etc. There was noone there either. After approaching several people, we found someone with a list and checked to see if our names were on it. We were on the list and told to wait in the square. Several others, apparently on our tour too, were waiting. So much standing around and the square was in a frenzy. Imagine a couple of hundred people!!! We were finally told which bus we were on. We got onboard with a few others, however there were still more to board. Meanwhile our tour was supposed to start at 10am, we were still sitting on the bus at 10.45am. Not acceptable as far as I was concerned. We went to the Mosque and that was really worth seeing. We drove through some areas and stopped a few times for photos. We got to a small market, but there was no time to shop. We were taken to an area selling olives etc. The tour finished on time, however we never got back the 45 minutes we lost, and could of had 45min in the market to look at other thing. All in all, the tour was OK but the organisation from start to finish, was a cluster...f... Casablanca isn't somewhere I would recommend a female to travel alone to. I know that some people that got off the cruise shuttle were harassed by the men in the town square and they got back on the shuttle and went back to the ship. It was unsafe.
