Hassan II Mosque

5.00Our cruise ship was unable to dock in Port Casablanca due to large swells rocking the ship to point that the captain determined it was too unsafe to land.. I contacted both Viator and Trip Safe to let them know we were not able to take the tour of Casablanca and why and asked if there was any possibility for a refund.. the response was immediate from both Ilyas at Trip Safe (the tour company) who assured me that they would approve the refund and Viator who kept me apprised with email updates regarding the status of refund.. it was a very positive experience and I appreciate the quick response and the willingness to give us a refund on such short notice.. I highly recommend both Trip Safe and Viator for any excursion/tour plans

5.00This group is absolutely amazing. We were unable to dock today in Casablanca due to rough seas. So sadly we were unable to make it to the tour. They graciously refunded our tour to us even though they did not have to! So I would highly recommend them, even though we were unable to take the tour sadly! The communication was great! They even arranged to get our Mosque tickets for us as well so we would not have to wait in line to purchase them. It is cash only for that and they were also going to accept our USD for the tickets! If we are ever able to come back here we will definitely book them again! Absolutely awesome people. Thank you for everything!

5.00I would like to thank the guide, Khalid, and the driver for their patience. The ship took an extra 45 minutes to clear customs. Next all passengers who weren’t going on Celebrity tours were required to take the shuttle to the city center. Because of traffic that took another 30 minutes. We were sure we had missed the tour but there they were waiting for us for over an hour. We were very grateful. My husband has difficulty walking. So he limited the amount of walking to the places that were a “must see”; the Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche Ain Diab, and the Church of Notre Dame of Lourdes. The rest of the time, he made sure we saw the city by car. He was very accommodating.
