They are very friendly and was a nice experience. My kids loved it. They have life jackets if you want to go for a short swim and you also can have a hot shower after that. They have everything on it for that 2 hours.

This was such a fun tour, crew were lovely and helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the morning shift!!!!! The water calm and unbusy and was fabulous. Loved the attention to detail and their care.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mercury Bay Discoveries. Graeme was an outstanding pilot — calm, skilled, and clearly very experienced — and we felt safe and well looked after the entire time. Sienna was wonderful on board too, friendly and attentive, making the trip even more enjoyable. The commentary was excellent, with really interesting and easy-to-understand information about the geology and history of everything we were seeing, which added so much depth to the experience. It was clear they genuinely care about sharing their knowledge and ensuring everyone feels comfortable. An love the fact that the hot drinks are served in reusable cups too! The snorkelling stop was a real highlight — an awesome spot, well chosen, and once again we felt completely safe and supported in the water. Highly recommend Mercury Bay Discoveries if you’re in the area — professional, informative, and great fun

Best one day trip I had in New Zealand: great brand new boat and amazing crew: Chris, Sienna and Gabby are real pro and they take safety very seriously! A day in paradise on the perfect boat.

This was an amazing experience. The boat was brand new and the crew were all very good. Our skipper manoeuvred the boat into a small cave! The other crew members gave us very good information as we went along. It was extremely well organised and they were careful about the safety of the passengers. Thoroughly recommend this trip.
