• Cancelled last minute so we could not make other plans

  I had been communicating with the tour operator 2 days prior to our planned excursion to get more details about where to meet and who to look for. They made no mention that the water levels were too high and we almost certainly would not be able to do the cave tubing. So, we arrive the day of and find our tour and they tell us that we can't do the cave tubing and are doing the Mayan Ruins instead. We could have opted not to do anything of course, but we didn't have a plan B. It was very disappointing. I understand they can't control the water levels, but they should have communicated prior to the day of so we could have weighed our options before arriving, with time to make another plan.

  Make sure you bring a change of clothing and a towel.I am really glad that I have made this trip it took an hour or so to get there but our guide made it very informative and I was able to learn much about the Belizian culture.

  We had to cancel our cave tubing because the water was too high, but they reimbursed us with a trip to the Mayan Ruins on a discount. Our tour guide Manuel was pretty good and gave us free water for the tour. Thank you for the tour despite the bad circumstances!

  Our experience was cancelled due to weather. They did everything they could to make it right. We ended up going zip lining which was awesome. Everyone was helpful and polite.

  This was by far one of the best adventures. Kenton was so attentive and when my shoe went floating down the river he went after it. My husband is a “country boy” and is raving to his friends about the time he had. BOOK NOW!

  Best experience of our cruise. Kenton our guide was the absolute best. His love of Belize was obvious and he wanted to share his knowledge of his country and nature with us. The walk through the rain forest was perfect as it was raining. The tubing was thrilling and amazing. Very beautiful.

  heavy rains will cancel your adveture, no warning. glad the local guide got ahold of us at the water taxi and gave us an alternertive event.

  I cannot say enough about amazing our experience was with 5 star adventures. Our primary Kenton was so knowledgeable, courteous and entertaining. Our secondary guide Dejan was so sweet and provided assistance to those with mobility issues. This was truly an amazing way to experience Belize, sample a local delicacy, and create life long memories.
