  I cannot say enough about amazing our experience was with 5 star adventures. Our primary Kenton was so knowledgeable, courteous and entertaining. Our secondary guide Dejan was so sweet and provided assistance to those with mobility issues. This was truly an amazing way to experience Belize, sample a local delicacy, and create life long memories.

  First let me tell you about our guides Kenton and DeShawn. Kenton is very knowledgeable. We learned many things about the jungle as well as the caverns. DeShawn stayed with my mom for the jungle walk. My mom is a spry 80 but the uneven terrain and steps were difficult for her but she made it. Take the physical fitness of your group into account. You need to wear swim shoes. I would recommend ones with a thicker sole or a pair of tennis shoes. The jungle path is very rocky. Our tour through the jungle and in the water was longer then the tour promoted by the cruise line. We did not have to carry our tubes either. That would have been rough. We also got back to the ship with plenty of extra time. To summarize, the guides and tour are both wonderful. I sincerely recommend.

  Very nice excursion and Kudo’s to William and Fred who really made the trip interesting and enjoyable. The tour guide makes a big difference and William and Fred delivered a 5 star performance. Enjoyed the trip out to the caves giving us an opportunity to see some of the countryside and experience the culture of Belize. Willam and Fred were very knowledgeable about the history of the country and some of the current challenges. The caves themselves were spectacular. I recommend bringing some good water shoes that you can also walk in. The hike to the caves is a little muddy at times but very fun. William and Fred worked really hard to ensure you got the experience you hoped for. They are very knowledgeable about the animal and plant life and geography of the country. I would specifically ask for them when booking the trip. It was very organized and about half the cost of what the Oceania cruise ship was charging.

  Jimmy was the best tour guide we ever have used he is so nice and accommodating and very knowledgeable about his country and the history. We absolutely loved it!!

  This was a great experience for our whole family. Our tour guide Kenton did a great job from start to finish. We recommend this shore experience and would do it again. The cost was much less than the cruise tour and you get much more out of it. Our only recommendation for 5 star tours would be to include the $5 cost of carrying the tubes to the river in the total cost. It wasn’t hard to carry the tube but it would have been more enjoyable to not have to worry about it.

  Great trip with William and Fred. Really enjoyed all the commentary that they provided both in and out of the caves. Definitely recommend it to future able bodied travelers.

  Fred and William were very fun and communicated very well. We met some some great people. The tour itself was well organized and the equipment was good. The river and caves were fantastic!

  Peter and Manuel were great! Our ship was nearly 45 minutes late tendering to shore but the 5 Star staff were very accommodating. The experience was fantastic. Water cool. Caves very interesting. Lunch delicious. Bring $5 for a porter to carry your tube the 20 minutes through the well-maintained jungle path to the start point. Also bring $3 to rent water shoes if you need them. Would highly recommend this tour with 5 Star. And we found that booking through Viator was 1/2 the price for 2x the rafting. Support a local company and book with 5 Star.
