This is an absolutely unforgettable experience. This day trip has it all: adventure, pristine tropical rivers, waterfalls, cave swimming, beautiful scenery, adrenaline, fun and even some archeology/history along the day.
We will swim through caves, go under cool waterfalls, and even cliff jump from cliffs ranging from 8 to 27 feet (optional of course.) The place is almost undiscovered, not like El Yunque where you can easily encounter hundreds of people in a single day. Mostly just locals here or people who come with us! The drive from the meeting point to the rainforest caves is about one hour. Along the way you will see the real Puerto Rico, quite removed from the tourist area. You will see a more rural way of life where the locals are connected with nature. The scenery along the drive and hike is absolutely incredible. Once the adventure begins, we will take you through the jungle. We grew up doing this and know the area like the back of our hands, so you are safe with us.

Charco Azul Canyon
Charco Azul and its other-worldly views is something that you simply cannot miss. Swimming through caves is exhilarating. At the end we go cliff jumping (optional) for even more adrenaline. This visit includes the Arenales Caves as well.

5.00We had a great time, and it was an incredible experience! Roy was our guide and it was amazing. He is full of knowledge about the area, made sure everyone was safe, and was very friendly. I highly recommend this excursion!

5.00We had a great time! Our guide was Roy and he was the absolute best! Very fun. Very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond! It’s strenuous. You will climb, you will hike and you will get wet. Wearing water shoes or closed shoes is an absolute must! You can leave your stuff in the car cause you won’t need it. Wish I would’ve of lol. They will take pics for you as well for free so all you have to do is enjoy the moment!

5.00This was such an amazing adventure! To be able to swim through caves (not fully submerged, just up to neck with a life jacket), to get to the other side completely satisfied our human need of curiosity to see what was just around the bend, which was cliff jumping!!! So beautiful to cliff jump in this beautiful environment with no bugs, which our knowledgeable guides told us why on the tour. Who would ever guess you could go on an adventure in a rainforest without being eaten by mosquitoes?! Our guides were also super fun and had so much knowledge about the nature and history surrounding us. We had such a great time! It was an adventure for all ages! Thank you so much!

5.00Kenyon was our adventure guide and was incredible!! He was so knowledgeable and engaged in giving us a wholesome experience. Very tentative to conversation & extrapolating our preferences for how he curated our excursion. He indulged us that this is where he was born and raised & his way of life growing up and that his “job” is just another day of doing what he’s always loved, & it showed! He spent time to show us his home and shared about himself and family which made us feel so blessed to have someone that [knows] the land and its beauty through all its changes. I really enjoyed that Kenyon took the time to describe the plants, fruits, animals, etc along the way. The actual adventure was wonderful. Beautiful!!! Left us in awe. And Kenyon was very patient to let us take it in at our own pace. He very much encouraged us to do so. The water was so clear & the greenery was so lush! 10/10 for us!

5.00First, let’s talk about our guide, Roy who Absolutely amazing and we hope that he and his family come visit us on the mainland that is how much we all bonded. You could not have asked for a better guide not only did he make sure that we were safe, but he gave us the opportunity to be adventurous. He trusted our ability to handle jumping off different cliffs and incorporated, history and science and storytelling that I haven’t gotten in other tours, it was evidence that he has so deeply connected to the space that he was around, sharing stories from when he was a child going up into these caves with his family and his friends and his dad. We have decided that we will do this to her repeatedly, but we will only do it if Roy is our guide! Anyways, if you don’t take the opportunity to do this tour, especially with this company because it is small groups, there was only six of us which meant it was private because I am a family of six. You are truly missing out on one of the most magical things Puerto Rico has to offer. We’ve been into the rainforest there plenty of times this beats the rainforest.

5.00It was an amazing walk to the caves and then to swim into the caves. The topper was to do some jumping into the water at different heights. Our guide, #teamedward, took pictures and videos of us throughout the tour and shared the file with us so we had a keepsake. Edward spoke about the history of Puerto Rico, the local natives, and the culture. Highly recommend it for people who love the outdoors and a little adventure. Shouts out to #teamedward

5.00I’ve taken many different tours and this by far was my favorite. Kenyon was very patient , helpful, and made sure it was a safe yet fun experience. He also always offered to photos/videos which we appreciated as a couple! I highly recommend !
