Situated in a lush tropical forest in Northside, Grand Cayman, Cayman Crystal Caves is the Island’s newest nature tourist attraction.
All visitors receive guided walking tours. Tours are approximately 1.5 hours and take you through the surrounding tropical forest area and 3 spectacular caves. You will venture into amazing caves where you’ll see stalactite and stalagmite crystal structures and other worldly formations, formed by single drops of water and the slow passage of time. Tour through the unique tropical forest nature, under which the caves formed.
Amongst the forest and caves is captivating tropical plant and animal life, including strangler balsam trees, air plants, and bats.

5.00From our hotel it was about a 45 min. drive to get there. There were about ten people in our group. Our guide, Devon, told us stories about growing up exploring the caves with his brother as kids. The caves were officially opened to visitors in 2016. We were taken into 3 different cave entrances. They are very interesting. The tour takes about 90 min. Admission to the caves is $45.22 Cayman dollars.

5.00We had a great and very unique experience touring the caves. The history throughout the tour was fascinating, and clearly a special place. Be prepared to walk and stand quite a bit during the 90-minute tour. While we truly enjoyed the experience, we did feel that the price was a bit high for the length of the tour. Our guide Devin was simply amazing — incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He shared so many fascinating personal experiences exploring the caves, which made the tour even more engaging. We also really appreciate that the property owners prioritize conservation over commercial development - shows a strong commitment to protecting its natural beauty and history. Please note: There is a substantial fine for touching the stalactites and stalagmites. This experience is not recommended for children who may want to run or play.

5.00Tour guide Syd was amazing. Native to the island with a childhood history of the caves. So much information he could share. The caves was truly fascinating. A must see in Grand Cayman
Waiting 45 minute for the van to pick us up

1.00The place is beautiful and the guide was very nice, but at the end of the tour they’ve requested us to wait due the van, which take you to the entrance, was full. This was not a problem till we had to wait for more than 45 minutes and after waiting and a phone call they finally piked us up and toked us to the entrance

5.00This was a great half-day tour. The guides were very professional and the caves are beautiful; they did a good job with the lighting. Do note: There's a lot of walking on this tour and going up and down moderate hills and pathways. Got my steps in for the day!

5.00Transfer was efficient. Cave tour was interesting. Our tour guide, Cole?, was fantastic. Just enough personality to make it a fun day without overdoing it. I’d highly recommend getting away from the beach for a morning and partaking in this activity.

5.00The whole crew was great and helpful! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the caves themselves, and also taught the group about the local wildlife and plants. The caves themselves are beautiful, with many unique formations.

5.00My husband and I booked this excursion for our trip to the Cayman Islands and it was amazing! We were picked up right at our hotel. During the ride to the Crystal Caves, our driver explained the history of the island to us and provided great information. When we arrived to the Caves, there was a restroom and place for food and water available for use before starting the tour. During the tour, we were led by an exceptional guide who was knowledgeable on the area and who was enjoyable to be around. Highly recommend this!!

5.00The trip through the various caves was great, as well as a great introduction to Grand Cayman. Our guide Patrick, was very knowledgeable of each cave's history and the various plant we encountered while walking to each cave, and he had a great personality to boot. We ate at the Treehouse restaurant where the food was great. We talked with the chief who told us the meals were prepared everday from scratch with fresh ingredients. Recommend trying one of his dishes.
