5.00This was a fantastic and informative tour. It is relatively new in that these caves were discovered in the late 2000's. The staff were very helpful and chock full of information as well as helpful in the exploration of these caves. I would recommend this absolutely.

4.00A great trip to take if you like exploring places. You get to visit a couple caves. Although they are all similar, they vary in sizes and length. Be sure to bring water. We bought our tickets through their website. Which was easy and pretty much self explanatory. Be sure to arrive 10-20 mins early! Bring sneakers as well, you'll definitely need them. The caves are hot! So be sure to bring enough water. The groups tend to differ In size. When we went, it was a pretty big group. So we stuck to either the front or back. Sid was a great tour guide. Definitely recommend him. He was both educational and comedic. Whenever we stopped due to other groups in the caves, he gave us the usual stories and knowledge of the caves and what's around them.

2.00Unfortunately, took longer to get there than the actual excursion lasted. Guide did not speak loud enough either. Caves were interesting, but was not as expected or accurately portrayed. For the high cost, was not worth it.

5.00We had a group of 18 from Norwegian Cruise Line. It was a good size. Syd was our guide and he was really great. You could tell that he loves the caves and enjoyed telling his stories of growing up near them and exploring them. He was funny and engaging. The caves were beautiful, the bats were wonderful and the water was crystal clear. I've gone to a lot of cave tours and this was definitely one of my favorites. Syd explained things well and gave us plenty of time to explore before we moved onto the next cave. Definitely recommend this and you should ask for Syd (Parsons) Oh and take a bottle of water and a fan, it gets muggy in those caves.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Cayman Crystal Caves. The caves are truly a natural beauty to observe. The length of the tour was just right, allowing enough time to take everything in without feeling rushed. Our guide, who I believe was Chris?, (he was involved in the discovery and excavation of the caves) really brought the experience to life. He shared the history of the caves, interesting stories, answered our many questions, offered to take photos and made the tour educational and enjoyable.We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area!

1.00This was an AWFUL experience. The tour company (CAYTOURS) literally abandoned us! The driver said they would wait for us (they did not), when I called to say we needed someone to come pick us up, they flat out refused. We almost missed our cruise - kids were crying, I was crying, husband was freaking. We ended up paying $100 for a local to drive us back to our cruise ship. If we hadn't found the local driver, we would have been stranded. Viator, shame on you. You saw the other review that said, "Basically what you’re paying for is extremely expensive non-refundable transportation that may or may not come when you book it." Yet, you are still offering this. It was an absolute nightmare. I have used Viator over a dozen times and I'm not sure I can ever use this service again because of this experience.

5.00Nathan was our guide and was awesome. He knew a lot about the caves and had a lot of good information and facts that he gave using humor which made it fun for everyone. The caves were beautiful and all of our group were very glad that we were able to see them. I would recommend the tour, especially with Nathan, to anyone visiting the island.
