This tour ticket grants you access to the Cayman Spirits Distillery, the Cayman Islands #1 rated attraction. It does not include transportation or pick up. Simply present this ticket on arrival for your stated tour time for entry. The distillery tour includes a guided walk through of a functioning distillery and an informative talk about the process of making rum, from fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. On any given day different parts of the process may be observable as this is a working distillery. In addition, the pass includes a full tasting of spirits produced on site, including Seven Fathoms Rum, the national rum of the Cayman Islands and the official rum of Cayman Airways. There are also coconut, banana, spiced, dark and more varieties to try in the Governor's Reserve line of spirits. Distillers specials include limited availability seasonal releases, like the scotch bonnet rum, local botanical gins and more. A wide selection of locally produced items are available for sale in the distillery gift shop, including locally made pepper jelly's and jams, rum cakes, hot sauces, t shirts and hats and the distilleries famous rum infused BBQ sauce. Please note this tour does not include transport, present ticket at distillery for entry.

5.00Rum tasting was tasteful and fun! Athena definitely should be doing standup comedy in a bar. Made the experience great. Was interesting to see how the rum is produced. Definitely recommend for a fun stop while in GC. And hopefully Athena will be your guide!

5.00This was one of the best experiences while on our family vacation! Athena was super engaging, funny and energetic! She was super knowledgeable on the rums and random island facts. While she was serving each group, she made time to chat with everyone, making it a unique experience. We did this on my birthday, and it happened to be two others birthday on the tour. Athena made sure to give us an extra birthday shot! I would highly recommend stopping by while you are on the island!

5.00We had a fantastic time on the Rum tour! Our guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also conveyed the history and production of the rum with a lot of humor and passion. The tasting was generous and the selection of rums was first class – you really learn to taste the fine nuances. Conclusion: A must for anyone who appreciates good rum or just wants to spend a great afternoon. We will definitely be back!

The information given about the way this small batch process of rum making was more than helpful with understanding the quality of what was being tasted 😋 The guide was smart and funny. A definite must if ever in the Cayman Islands!

5.00Loved hearing about the history of the island and story of the distillery. Thought there would be more to the "tour", but still enjoyed it. There different flavors of rum were all soo good. Wish we could get them in the states.

1.00Everything was going well until Evan told my husband and others to shut up. He was extremely fidgety and needs to lay off the methamphetamine or whatever drug he was on. My husband only pointed out to a couple from Kentucky that the copper vat was from Louusville, Kentucky. Evan freaked out that someone spoke and interrupted him. We wereNOT the only people in the tour talking. However, we were singled out. We were going to buy 4 bottles of rum. Evan changed our minds quickly. He ruined my Grand Cayman experience. I will never visit the island again. The experience definitely left a bitter taste that will last a lifetime. I do hope he gets the help he needs so that no one has to suffer his drug induced rudeness.
