Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.

Please provide us with the names and date of birth of all participants for insurance purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance.

Guests who are intoxicated may not be allowed to participate in the tour. No refunds will be made in such cases.

In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.
