1.00Pre-booked transfer didn't show, had to take alternative transport, which happened to be the same company. Had to pay cash no receipt available, no response to my complaints then I got a message saying the transfer took place and did I want to tip the driver, the pre-booked return was fine no issues.

5.00100% recommend. Get out from the airport and easy to find the office. Our driver is Navin who is very kind and nice. He gave us lots of suggestions during the trip. Will definitely reorder with him.

5.00Excellent service!! The company, Epic, is located in the airport right after you get out of arrivals. And the driver was there waiting for us. They help with bags and even made a stop along the way at a supermarket so that we could purchase some bottled water for our hotel room!! We stayed at the Hilton Fiji in Denarau and they don’t have a shuttle so this was perfect!!

5.00On December 20th, my family and I received very professional and courteous service from Alipate (Albert) Raimou who picked us up at the airport and took us to Denarau to catch the 'Malolocat' boat shuttle to Malolo Lailai Island. I took Albert's number and on December 30th messaged him on WhatsApp and he was there to pick us up at the dock in Denarau and take us back to the airport.
