5.00The online booking process was easy and efficient. I received several emails confirming the booking. The taxi arrived on time, was clean and the driver - Junior Ali - was excellent and very informative about Fiji. I would thoroughly recommend him and the company.

5.00My family rode with epic to and from the Marriott Momi Bay (a 40 or so minute drive), and had excellent experiences both times. The drives were smooth and safe with enough room for my family’s 4 check in bags, 2 carry ons, and each of our hand carry bags. The air conditioning was excellent. Both drivers were very kind, and gave us a lot of information about Fiji, the villages we passed, their personal recommendations, and answered all of our questions. While I unfortunately cannot recall the name of our first driver, Muzza was our second driver and he was excellent. He was kind, appropriately conversational, and made recommendations to his favorite local restaurants. All while driving safely! We had a great time with both drivers, especially Muzza!!! :)

5.00We were picked up promptly in front of the hotel and had an uneventful ride to the airport. Our driver, Richard, was very courteous and helpful. We were dropped at the entry door near the Fiji Airways chek in desk which was much appreciated.
Polite and on time. But pay attention to pickup time request.

3.00Richard, the driver, was very nice and polite. Company didn’t pay attention to the time I requested for pickup at 3pm. They said pickup would be 6pm. Then they didn’t respond to Viator chat for my desired pickup time request, they just sent me their 6pm pickup time again. I called them, then they updated my pickup time to what I wanted.
